Loved this night out! Matt at the bar was so friendly and fun to have as our server. The Wife (me) was happy!

There is a real problem here and I believe it is with open table not TGI Friday's. When we arrived and announced I had a reservation for 4 they gave me a very funny look and said "we don't take reservations." I showed my confirmation that was printed out and the comment was you must've done that online. We are not affiliated with open table and do not accept reservations made through open table or any other type of reservation. if a restaurant does not participate in the reservation program it should not be listed. Luckily there was no line and we did not have to wait so it worked out okay. Had we shown up a little later the weight became considerable. This entire experience with open table is quite troubling as I've used it many times before at other restaurants and never had this problem. It needs to be solved

Hostess did not even know what OPEN TABLE was about and then finally figured it out later. Food was okay, not great, something about their grill problem??? We were waiting over 30 minutes for our food and there were only 2 other tables occupied besides ours. Waitress told us after 15 minutes that our food would be right out! WRONG. Then the hostess told us it was taking so long because we wanted our burgers medium well. What a joke! Finally the Manager delivered our meal and told us about the grill problems. He was very nice and extremely apologetic.

Our server made us feel very comfortable. His name was Austin and he was the best. He served us like we were family at his home.

Was not able to do reserved seating for 5 online. Took a chance, there was plenty of seating available. That glitch could drive people to other restaurants. Our server (Greg?) was very friendly and attentive. Food was very good and Wednesday rib special was incredible.
