I was a little distressed when we arrived because the hostess seemed to not recognize that we had an Open Table reservation. However, the rest of the experience was fantastic. Since I received this email all was well, but I wasn’t assured that they had even recognized us as a customer.

We had an open table reservation for 8 pm. we were seated promptly, but waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. The host that seated us actually brought our drinks not our waitress. Waitress(Olivia) finally arrived to our table apologized for taking so long, we waited 30 minutes for our appetizers, to long of a wait. Could not get waitress to bring extra napkins & take out boxes for 15 minutes. Her service overall was very poor. Food was great as always.

We ended up having less people come to dinner so we ask to move tables so it wouldn’t be hard on the server. It was my birthday and I will say TGI Fridays made my birthday a good experience.

Open tables makes reserving tables so much easier even though my table wasn’t in the system. I had to show my emailed confirmation to be seated.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch on the $9 menu. Our salmon was done perfectly, our waiter was conscientious but not annoying and we were able to get a comfortable booth.

We had a great server who alerted us to the specials both in food a drink. Unfortunately, I got a message from Open Table that they were not notified by Fridays that we had completed our reservation. I responded that we had the receipt to prove it. Open Table gave me the credit but it would have been better if Fridays acknowledged that we had shown up for our reservation.

Leah was our server & she was amazing! She helped us decide what we wanted to eat, she talked to us and checked on us frequently. She made jokes with us and overall we had a great time, we will definitely be back to see her!
