We like sitting at the bar, but we made a reservation just in case it was full. As it happens, there were only a few people, so we had our pick of stools. It seemed to be shift change, so service was a bit spotty. The person who greeted us was likely a manager. When someone finally came to get our order, she mentioned having to write down our order since she had not yet clocked in. As seasoned restaurant professionals, we thought it was odd, but whatever. Once we were able to establish who was actually going to take care of us, everything else was fine. Drinks were prompt, delicious, and sensibly priced. The food was pretty good, but we would have preferred more sauce on the Buffalo wings and celery sticks were out of stock. The highlight was the cheeseburger sliders. We will probably return next time we are hungry when we are in the neighborhood.

When I walked in the front door (around 4:30pm on a Wednesday), there was no one at the hostess stand. I only waited a few moments....not that bad. With that said, I could also smell something unpleasant. It was almost like you knew you were close to a bathroom or something. Once the hostess/bartender saw us, she asked if we needed a table for two. I immediately told her I had reservations for 2 under OpenTable. She said she didn't know anything about that then said we could sit anywhere we wanted. My guest and I proceeded to find a table. (That smell was still persistent wherever we went in the restaurant.) The seat we chose was ok then the smell finally went away or we simply just got used to it. My guest and I ordered our food which was decent once it arrived. I mentioned to our waiter that the hostess didn't "check us in" under OpenTable and he promptly said that he could do it for us. After a while, the waiter approached me and asked for the number I used for my points. He left and came back after a short time and told me that it didn't bring anything up. (Did I go to the wrong TGI Fridays?) I checked my reservation and I WAS at the correct location. The waiter, after much time dealing with this, asked me for the account number. Little did I realize that he was referring to the TGI Friday's point system and NOT OpenTable. He told me that that's not how it worked. I needed to have a Friday's account before I could get points. I tried my best to explain to him that this was an OPENTABLE reservation and not the Friday's. In the end, I spoke with a manager (who by the way, was only there 3 months) and HE said he wasn't familiar with it. After much debate and explaining to him how OpenTable works, he finally went up to the hostess stand and was able to find my reservation on the OpenTable system. In fact, he said that I was the only one on the list. As someone told me, "Take one good look at this place 'cuz you're never gonna see it again!"

The restaurant was empty. We were seated, the host told our waitress, Marie, she had a table. She was sitting at the bar talking to one of her friends. We waited about 5 minutes for her to stop talking to come over. Her attitude was terrible and it was evident she didn’t want to work. She made it abundantly clear we were interrupting her socialization and she was angry about it. We ordered the food. She never came back to refill drinks. My 3 year old daughter wanted more drink, so I had to get up and go to the bar myself and get a refill. Marie spent much of our meal talking to her friends and failed to serve us. Had she come back, I would have asked for hot fries, not cold ones. But, I didn’t feel like arguing and ruining the meal further as it was clear Marie didn’t care and there was no manager to be found. So, we ate the mediocre food with cold fries and left. Marie was given a $0.07 tip which was too much, but we paid cash and we didn’t want to wait for her to get us change. Stay away from this Friday’s. The food is not great and service terrible.

The restaurant continues to struggle with honoring OpenTable reservations. Upon arrival at the reservation time, the hostess indicated that it would be a wait for a table. I talked to the manager, and she explained that the restaurant still needs to reconcile its walk-in computer system with the OpenTable system. The restaurant ultimately did seat us within about ten minutes, but I do not understand why it continues to offer OpenTable reservations if it causes a conflict with its system. The food on the last couple of visits has become increasingly lower in availability and quality. During this visit, the restaurant no longer had French onion soup at 8:00 p.m. or so in the evening--one of its everyday items--along with several other items. The Jack Daniels burger used to be great, but it now has significant amounts of grease on a saturated bun. Unfortunately, it probably will be while before my family and I return to this restaurant (if ever).

The vegan burger was awesome. The only problem I had was that reserving at table on this site the told me they did not have reservations once I arrived. I pulled out my phone and showed the hostess my confirmation and he looked a bit confused. I still was seated within my time frame so that time it all worked out.

Horrible service food was all wrong will never return. Plus they let someone’s child watch tv on a phone extremely loud.

The hostess indicated that the restaurant did not honor OpenTable reservations upon arrival at the restaurant. After waiting several minutes waiting for the manager, he acknowledged the OpenTable reservation to be valid and located a table for us. Hopefully, the restaurant management communicates better in the future with its staff about OpenTable reservations.
