TGI FRIDAYS - Mesquite
Dirty run down, made online reservations and arrived on time, then was told our manager doesnt do reservations on the weekends? Not enough waiters, they crammed our party of 6 in a corner with other parties of 8-10 people. Food took 35 minutes to receive after giving our order at the time they took our drink orders. I will not go back! Was not worth the $100 !
Our waitresses was amazing. I haven't been here in a while but I'm glad I did.
Disappointed in the selection of appetizers. They don't offer lemon pepper wings. And it wasn't what I thought it would be. My husband food was messed up. Not a good experience. Don't want to go back
The whole visit was amazing. Our waitress had wonderful customer service. Food was out in a tinker manor.
Had a horrible experience. An it wasn't even packed so we really should had better service. The manger did take care of us but it was still no excuse of how bad customer service was. I will never eat their again.
Only problem I had is there wasn't a host and I a waitress and another worker looked at me and walked off as I was standing there waiting to be seated.
Can’t expect too much from TGIF, it’s a brand that has nothing special to offer except their good prices. Food was good though! Wait staff looked a little over worked in my opinion. There was a 20 minute wait with at least 10 open tables.
TGIF in Mesquite doesn't get online table reservations, so when we got there we had to wait 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes a table at the bar opened up so we went there instead of waiting any longer. The air didn't work and our server told us its been like that for days. Not the best experience but I'm sure we'll go back because of $5.00 Happy Hour
The food and service were great. We come here all the time and the service is always great. I love their reward program, all you do is go dine there and you get points for free food. We come here all the time for casual dining and special occasions.
Why does Open Table offers reservations if they don’t?

The service was great, once we got a server. Apparently when we were sat down we didn't have a server. The hostess didn't inform us or make sure that we had one. So we sat there for a good 15-20 minutes without anyone coming up to us. I got up and asked an employee and he went to check. A few minutes later the manager comes out and apologizes and takes our order. I can't complain they did a great job getting our food out quick. The server that picked up our table was also very nice and took care of us. The only thing was we should have been discounted something for having to wait! Oh well.
My sister and I took my mother and aunt out for their Birthday. The food was great and service was excellent more restaurants should have employees that have great customer service.
I had to go thru 4 staff members before someone was able to check me in with Open Table

This restaurant is on Open Table, but they only accept reservations during the week. If you come in on the weekend, you are placed on the wait list like everyone else. They said they've tried to get off Open Table for the weekends but it still shows up. It was very disappointing to arrive with a reservation, and be told we had to wait.
Love the app because we got right in without having to wait in line... This App is the best idea that every Restaurant could & should have!
Horrible service and food... do not recommend
