Poor management. My husband never received his entree. My entree was over cooked and I sent it back. Management never came to our table to apologize or explain delays and mixups. The servers tried their best but obviously kitchen staff and management were unconcerned about our dissatisfaction and horrible experience.

Our waiter was not able to answer our questions. He said I was able to use my stripes for filet mignon which i was not. He was not familiar with item on the menu. My daughter wanted a flavored tea from the fountain he said they only have some drink that they made at the bar so that was a waste of 3.59.

We were having a pre-prom dinner for my dsughter and we made reservations for 10. Some of the party was a little late but they seated us anyway. The staff was polite and met my expectations.

I liked it because the food was Amazing and the Waitress was very nice and actually communicated with you other than just take your order and leave.

Restaurant was busy due to graduation weekend, but service was excellent and the food was consistent with most TGI Friday's I have visited over the years. Great overall experience!

Me and my family experience was upsetting. I reserved a table to celebrate me and my wife graduation with our family. We had a table for 8 people. My sister and aunt went inside to get our table. They had show my sister the table and told the waitress to hold one minute and wait for my brother mom to come in because she is handicap and the table was bar height. Another family came in and took our table without even allowing my mother to see it. The waitress with the braids had horrible customer service and had a attitude. She lie and told management that we was late to our reservation and that we didn’t want the table. We was told that we had to wait another 30 minutes even after we had made reservation. We even talk to the manager and explain to him about the situation and he didn’t even know what told do and told us that even though we made reservations, that table couldn’t be held. I was like what’s the point making reservations if there isn’t really a table to reserved. We had free drinks for their mishaps just wish that their reservations system wasn’t jack up.
