   We will not go there again. First, no one at the restaurant even knew I had made a reservation. They looked at me as if I was from another planet. There was hardly anyone there and yet they refused to bring a couple tables together to accommodate 9 people. We struggled to come up with a solution and the hostess just watched and made no effort to ask management for help with a solution. It ruined our lunch. I even expressed by disappointment to the manager and she refused to accommodate. I told her we would not come again if that was the case; she still refused. The service was AWFUL. Because we were at different tables (though they knew we were 1 group), some of us had to ask for service to get a refill and even to get the bill! I could understand it if they were busy but there was maybe 5 tables, including us occupied in the whole restaurant! For a location with no business at lunch time, you'd think they'd do everything they could to keep some new business coming back but the rule was more important than the service and no one appeared to be/acted like they wanted to work there. Very sad. Friday's service has really gone down hill since I worked there. I'm almost ashamed of saying I worked there and I do feel bad, now, that I suggested it for our group. Never again.

   Was just a little disappointed that I asked if they had burger in a lettuce wrap, was told "yes" but it was just the burger with lettuce under it, without the bun.

   First thing the host said to me was, "we don't do reservations on the weekends." I told him I used the open table app and it allowed me too and I was unaware of that rule. He retorted, "you know for next time" then he immediately sat down two ladies who walked in after me. Then another lady showed me to my booth. My friends arrived 10 to 15 minutes after I was seated and I had not seen my waitress yet. We waited there for another 10 and after my friend waved down a waitress we got service. After that everything was good. Food was great, and came out nice and hot. But I can not get over the host just telling me that I'll know not to for next time.

   After arriving for my reservation on time..I was informed that reservations are not accepted over the weekend which was not noted online. But they Did seat me after about 10 minutes. Then after waiting almost 30ms for my food it came out cold and had to be remade which took another 30m while my husband's food was being eaten. I received water for a drink I didn't order and my adult drinks came 20m later and tasted like gasoline. Totally DISSATISFIED!!!

   Karissa is one of the most amazing servers we have ever had. We eat out almost daily and she was on top of everything even with the busyness of the restaurant on A weekend night. She deserves all the kudos for this review

    They got us right in, good food served with a smile and a thank you. Would recommend it highly!
