Slow service, wrong order
Waitress very nice. It took the good a long time to come & it wasn’t that busy. My jasmine rice was unseasoned and so was my broccoli.
The waitress and food was the best part. It was Super Bowl and the bar filled up quick.
Once again - a TGI Fridays that has NO CLUE responding to an OPEN TABLE RESERVATION.
Every TGI that I have been to, they send a no show email and then you have to respond by sending in a copy of your receipt to get your points. Maybe someone need to educate the staffs????
Decor was dated menu was very poor for vegans and vegetarians, food was warm once it arrived and not HOT like it should be the burgers we got takes 25 minutes to cook these burgers where getting cooked in 18 minutes or so that's why they where warm and not hot

Speedy service and loads of choice at a good price.
The waitress had our party of 13 and another large party plus a table of 5. The manager should have had someone helping her we waited for refills and to order food. My food wasn’t prepared with others and came when we were asking for boxes.
Had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes. Only dislike.
My friends and I had a horrible experience at this location. It was her birthday and we were told that you all don’t sing anymore because you got sued which I didn’t understand why Jared would say this to us because he started singing happy birthday to the table behind us? It took forever for us to get seated and when we did it took forever to get our drinks. Once we finally got those it took forever for us to get our food. We were there for over and hour which was ridiculous when I used to be a restaurant manager. This location needs help. Never coming back.
Good food which was surprisingly good value in comparison to other similar chains. Nice service too
We booked a table and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I expected the place to be rammed when we sat down but it was like a ghost town. I’m not sure why we had to wait so long. Ordered a sex on the beach it came and it wasn’t what we ordered. Loaded potato skins were not very loaded. Waiter forgot about the stuff we ordered, had to wait for it after dinner arrived. Steak was the smallest I have ever seen. We have never laughed so much looking at it. We went to the TGI down near enclave suites last year and couldn’t fault it.

Lost our reservation. Plates had to be sent back due to dirt twice. Cutlery sent back due to dirt as well. Fries inedible due to salt and pepper content. Ribs and chicken ok. Server wanted our desert order when still eating entree. Really poor overall. Would not recommend this establishment!!!
Service was very slow.
The waitress was lovely & helpful but food took ages a good half hour for a steak & omelette and when it did arrive it wasn’t exactly what we ordered!
Food very good, nice comfortable table for 4, was served by new girl, said she had just finished training, she was excellent. Knew about gluten free as my husband celiac, food portions very good, everything was perfect, would definitely go back
Our visit to this TGI Fridays was anything but good. The only saving grace that would cause us to go back and give it another try was when the manager came to ask us how it was and we told the truth she gave us our meal on the house. We arrived before our reservation time, it was not crowded so they seated us at a big-top table in the the bar area (not an issue) - more than 20 minutes went by before a server took a drink order and only after we went and asked for someone to come. Both the bartender and the waiter were more interested in chatting with other tables .. Our food took more than 25 minutes to come out after we ordered; and it was not correct. Had it been crowded it would have been understandable.
We might give it another try when in the Orlando area - ONLY because the manager took care of our entire bill. Very Disappointed
Service started out promising. The hostess seated our large party and our waitress and I communicated well and thoroughly about how best to serve our large group. After that it was all downhill. We sat at 9:15 and didn’t get our food until 11:30pm. One portion of our group didn’t get any service u til 11:45p
The food was good, probably the best I have had in a TGI’s, but the service was appalling!
After ordering drinks, they all arrived at different times over the next ten minutes and mine was changed from a draft to bottled beer without asking, as the draft had run out!
We then asked about the unlimited appetisers offer, it was explained to us and we ordered it, only to be told it 5 minutes later it was not 9pm yet, so we could not order it, not a major issue so we ordered our appetisers and mains.
After about 10 minutes, a waitress arrived by us, with appetisers, but did not seem to know who they were for, after a few minutes of wondering around with them, ho pointed her to the table next to us, after they poked around at them for a few minutes, they called him over to say there order was wrong, “Oh I see what’s happened “ he stated and picked them up and put them on our table! He seemed quite shocked that we wanted a fresh order, not other people’s leftovers. To top it off he then came back and took the cutlery from their table and put it on ours.
Of course from that point it got worse, appetisers arrived, then 2 minutes later the main courses, he kindly offered to remove the appetisers, which we had only just started to make “more room”, we declined.
I have to say we all really enjoyed our food, but the service was the worst I have ever encountered.
This particular tgif has given all other locations a bad image. I've been dining at tgif for many years and have never had a complaint
That has now changed, they did nothing right from my arrival. Waited 10 miutes to be acknowledged upon arrival and then no one knew what an open table reservation was. It went down hill from there the food (onion rings) were burnt and not edable, pointed out to server when finished and ready to leave( because she never came back during meal to see if everything was okay) then charged me for the onion rings. Screwed up the bill because she didn't know how to use the loyalty points. Not to mention that my burger order was incorrect but I ate it. The was nearly empty so they weren't busy just stupid.
Pretty awful. Server kept praising herself for doing a good job but kept making mistakes. Crammed 7 of us in a booth for 5. We asked to switch to a bigger table and our server told us it was for a group coming in. But 30 mins went by and no one used it. One plate had rib sauce all over the bottom of it from someone else’s plate. There were other issues but I won’t even get into them

Awful service, very slow, food came out incorrect, steak overdone, asked for drinks and they never came. Overall a terrible experience.
This was one of the most disappointing experiences. 5 different servers, incorrect order, food was cold and extremely slow.
Loved the full rack of ribs!
I ordered sizzling chicken and cheese and the chicken came out raw.

The waitress was very friendly, the food was not as good as usual. All fries were to salty and not eatable. Ice for Desert was out, so we ordere without, then we should have paid the whole price as with icecream.
We turned up bang on time then had to wait more than 15 mins for our table that we pre booked, even though the restaurant was very quiet. Slow service, food was poor to average at best. Wife's burger was barely cooked even though we asked for medium. Bits floating in the beer. Dingy atmosphere and decor. Will never go back.
Our server was great. Many issues with the food, apps took over 30 minutes to arrive and was missing one part of our combo app, After inquiring about the status we finally received as we were finishing our entrees. Two of the meals were missing side items which never received. Complained to the manager she was very rude in handling the situation pretty much cut us off mid sentence and said she would take apps off bill and give us 25% off. Which was fine but she was very rude and gave the impression we were bothering her. There were 3 other tables next to ours who also complained about similar things. The kitchen was the issue. The host was by himself with a line of people out the door was trying to take names, seat people and answer phone all at once should been 2-3 people handling the position. Our reservation was for 6:30p by the time he got to seat us was 6:50pm.
Our server was great and on top of everything. To bad his supporting team was not as great as him. I probably would not return to this location anytime soon as there are other locations near by.
We were in town for a quick trip to Universal and I spotted one of my fav chain restaurants to eat while there. I gave them a four because it took at least 10 minutes for a hostess to show up at the entrance. There were several parties waiting ahead of us but thankfully we used the Opentable App and we were seated immediately after the hostess showed up. The food was great and I ordered my signature Jack Daniel Half Slav ribs and I was satisfied.
It was a great experience and our waitress was very helpful and kind!
Service needs a bit of help but great other than that

Absolutely the worst restaurant that I have ever made reservations on Open Table. We walked in and about 50% of the tables were dirty and had not been bussed. They were obviously short of help. The manager was sitting at the bar conversing with the bartender and we waited 20 minutes after being seated before getting our drink order. Trust me I wont indulge with more information, but I can assure you it will downhill from there. The food was not good and the service was pitiful. Although I really felt sorry for the poor waitress waiting on us because it appeared she had no support. Done with this dump!
I think it could've had better service; there were people in the front not doing anything just sitting and talking.
Great service, food was excellent.
Dined rhere and itvwas freezing. My husband's pasta was cold. Appetizers were not brought out at all. Waitress was nice
