   We made a reservation on open table, but when we arrived they told us they do not take reservations. Someone should inform open table. As it turned out, we did not need a reservation because the restaurant was not busy at all. Everything was average at best so I can understand why it is not busy.

   Carryout service has become the responsibility of the bartender. Consequently, service to lunch customers sitting at the bar has become totally unsatisfactory. My food was served by someone from the kitchen, but I had to wait at least 5 minutes to get silverware from the bartender, who's attention was focused on processing carryout, and not on people seated at the bar. There was nobody else around to help.

   Had to wait a little while even thou we made reservations,but after we were seated the food and see was quick and excellent.

   Open table reservations are accepted even when there is limited availability which is not reflected on the Open Table website. Either TGI Fridays should be off the site or Open Table needs to be better on tracking available times

   Valentines dinner. The menu said pick 2 for $14.99. Got the bill food was $24. The menu was misleading and the server admitted that he knew it was. But, neglected to ever tell us when we were ordering. Never did anything to fix it. Also, we ordered Titos and Red Bull. He said get a double for an extra $1.00. So we did and the drink cost $20.00, so $19.00 for a single plus the $1.00 to make it a double. Highway robbery, deception and poor service.
