We were a party of 14. There were only about 5 other people in the restaurant. It took 90 minutes to get our food.
Our server Seth was great. This was our 1st time going to this location.
Best service I ever had. Our server was the best and made our evening the best experience we ever had at a restaurant. He gets a 10 star. My husband never tips big and our server got a huge tip.
Reserved a table still waited almost 2 hours. The food was unacceptable. The overall experience was not good. Will never reserve for a party
The restaurant does not value or recognize when you make reservations. The staff was clueless on how to handle my large party. Even with our reservation we still waited an hour plus the group was separated.

I made a reservation through Open Table for a party of 10@4pm. When we arrived, we were informed by the manager that our reservation had JUST been received and no accommodations had been made for our large party. Although I assured the manager that the reservation had been made on the reservation site and that it was not last minute, he told me that we would have to wait 45 minutes. Only after waiting for an hour and ten minutes were we seated for our dinner. The manager did apologize and gave our party complimentary appetizers, which was a nice gesture. The food was lukewarm and had to be sent back for warming. The server Payton was AWESOME...and we compensated her well for her service!! I have never had such problems at the restaurant and can only say that it was a management problem!!
Veggie burger pretty good. Wings very small. Usually a good place to eat.
The reservation didn't work all that well. We still waited about 10-15 minutes for a table even though there were open ones
Excellent server. (I informed management at the time. I’m horrible with names.) We were very appreciative, especially with grandkids in tow, of the ability to make a reservation. We are more likely to frequent this restaurant because we can do so.
I went to eat there with my family. We used the open table app to get on waitlist. We were first in waitlist per the app. When we got to the restaurant, the manager states we do not accept the app on holidays. It doesn’t say that on the app. We left.
Our server was extremely friendly and very efficient. I do not remember her name, but I was definitely impressed by her customer service skills.
We had the October coupon to buy an entree and get another free. One of us was planning on ordering the half slab of ribs. We were told that the ribs were on sale for $12.99. So they ordered the ribs. When we got our bill we were charged $23.00 for the ribs. When we asked why we were told that because we used the coupon for the free entree the price of the sale on ribs was voided. How unfair!
1. If we would have known this: she would have only ordered the half slab and saved us approx. half of the $23.99 and still have gotten the free entree.
2. If we would have known this: If we were to get the ribs at $12.99 and not used the coupon we would still have the coupon to use this month.
PS - The ribs weren't even good. Maybe that's why they were supposedly on sale.
Great tasting food, great prices. Service a bit slow. Hardly any customers and we still had to wait for food for quite awhile.

Good food and service. Plus the restaurant seemed cleaner than in the past which had been one of my issues here before. Overall an enjoyable dinner.
It was okay, and I would go again, but the food was nothing to rave about. I only had the appetizers, maybe I should have ordered an entree. My kids seemed to like the veggie burgers. The service was a little slow and it took a while for the first appetizers to come. Maybe because it was Mother's Day, things did not happen as quickly as I would have liked.

Made a reservation for 6:30 for a large group and didn't get seated until 7:15. I'm probably not coming here ever again.
I use to dine there alot before remodel, since reopen poor service, too long to seat, to get your food. Kept having to remind the waiter to bring needed items. My husband and children feels the same. Will not return, was very disappointed. Recently ate at TGIF's in St. Louis without any complaints. Food was luke warm. Overall experience was poor.
Great value for Rewards. Love Jack Daniel's dishes. Staff is always great!
