   I made a reservation on open table and when I got there the guy seating you had no idea what I was talking about and a girl came up and said there was no reservation!!! It was very cool in there, air conditioner blowing and we switched tables, but to no avail. The waitress was good. Ordered the new special 2 appetizers, 2 entrees and 2 desserts for $20.00. I had a cheeseburger and it was cooked just the way I ordered it.

   We always ask for Vanessa -- she's great. We have been one of her "regulars" since she started waiting tables. Knows what we want to drink (iced tea with lemon -- it is lunchtime). We usually order off the Lunch menu. Have to ask for it or you will get the full blown dinner menu. Usually mix or match the specials on the back of that menu. Food is plentiful, good and served timely.

   The hostess was a total flake, she wouldn’t honor our reservation so we went to the bar When I told her a “pub table” had opened up & we wanted to sit there after it was cleaned off, she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Later, she told me she had never heard of the term “pub table”. I showed her an open booth located in the bar area, but claimed it was for someone else still ignoring our reservation. She cleaned off the pub table, but left 2 sets of utensils, 3 pub chairs, and 1 menu when there were 4 of us dining. I walked to the hostess booth & got the remaining 3 menus & she didn’t even question why. We took a chair from the bar so we all could. The family across from us had 2 kids throwing tantrums & the parents demanded so much from the waitress, another couple walked out on their bill, & another table had two declined cards & phoned a friend to bring them money. It occurred to us after 20 mins our waitress was never going to make it to us. As we started to leave, she walked up looking very stressed. She never introduced herself must likely just stressed. I said hello which calmed her slightly & told her we were just about to leave. She took our order, & then I proceeded to ask if she knew how long we had been waiting. She informed us that the hostess never told her about our table. Not a shocker! We asked about the $15 unlimited appetizers, but were told they don’t exist on Fridays or any holiday. The restaurant is called TGIF. Really? We placed an alternative order & asked for 2 sets of utensils that were missing. After 15 mins we were still waiting on drinks. Finally they arrived. I ordered a cherry limeade, it was 2/3’s full & 1/3’rd crushed ice. I started to say bring me my refill now. Fifteen mins later, the extra 2 utensils arrived, 1 was missing a fork & the knife was filthy. Our food was messed up, bone in wings instead of boneless, medium burger instead of well done, friends food came way later. Received some credit, but bad exp

   The service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes for our waitress to show up, waited 50 for our appetizer which came at the same time as our salads and entrees

   Seared as soon as we hot there, waited 20 minutes for someone to come by and even acknowledge our exis8, but no, asked a hosted twice to send someone over, but no, after another 5 minutes or so we left. Other people around us were complaining, wanting their food. Never ever coming back to this place . It sucks the big one

   My biggest problem with this reservation was the fact that (1). I made the reservation thru Open Table on Sunday 12/29 and immediately received a confirmation; (2). I received an e mail on 12/30 from Open Table to confirm I would be there - which I did confirm; (3). I called the restaurant on 12/31 to re-confirm the reservation and was told they couldn't find it (apparently you notify them by e mail of reservations and the person I talked to could not find the e mail; (4). When I was told they couldn't find the reservation from Open Table, I made a reservation with the the person at Friday's (believe his name was Amid). There were 10 people in our reservation and I wanted to make certain we had a table (it was New Year's day and I didn't know how crowded it would be); (5). We arrived at 7:00 (the time of our Open Table reservation - confirmation of our reservation - and the time that Amid gave me a verbal reservation when he couldn't find the Open Table e mail) and were told by the hostess that she did not have a reservation for us and did not have a table for 10. Needless to say, I went ballistic and they opened a separate area for us - unfortunately they had only 2-3 wait staff and the service was very slow (this was not the fault of our waitress who was finishing up a 12 hour shift). I ended up spending over $250.00 at Friday's (which is not a 5 star restaurant) for a meal (the food was very good) that took over 2 hours. I will never use Open Table again to make a reservation at TGI Friday's and will probably not use Open Table for a similar type restaurant.

   We made a reservation for Christmas Day at 5:00 and when we got there the hostess told us that they were not honoring reservations and that the wait was first come first seated. We were not notified of this before hand and the wait time was 1 hour. They had plenty of empty seats available at the time. We were very angry to say the least and left. Not a happy diner!!

   When we got there at our reservation time they didn't honor our reservation and told us we'd have a 45 minute wait. It was Christmas Eve pan d not many places were open. We decided it wasn't in our best interest to wait.

   Waitress was overwhelmed and made several mistakes on the order. Food was good but nothing special. Temperature of food was inconsistent. Music was loud.

    Not sure if they were shorthanded on the bus boy but it was a beautiful day the tables outside was not clean so the guy couldn't sit anyone else outdoors until they cleaned them might have been five tables out there that could be people could have set it
