   We were never seated because they did have hot water. Now I know things happen. My problem is, I made reservations, they should have attempted to call and inform us of the problem. The parking lot was empty when we got there, so they had time to call at least the people the made reservations. Luckily this was not a terrible inconvenience. I was just looking forward to those great appetizers lol.

   Few people in restaurant but service slowed and did not bring app until after dinner served ( they did make good). The staff are friendly and it's my to go place but just left my friend and I flat. I am assuming due to change of shift.

   Very poor level of service. Ordered a margarita as part of their lunch special. It sat melting on the bar for 15+ minutes which is how long it took for the server to come back again. No other employee could be bothered to run it out to our table, then we were double charged for it. Manager had to comp it off the ticket since the server rang it in wrong.

   This was a great visit. The servers were wonderful and very nice. It seems the chef didn't cook a burger quite to specification and there were a couple issues like that, but we had a great experience overall. It wasn't extremely loud or over-packed on a Friday night, which is a good sign in my opinion. Also, they take reservations where many other restaurants in the area do not.

   Honesty... The service was mediocre..the food came out cold... I got the ribs and it really were nothing but bones. We asked for mor fries because everyones fries were cold.. So they bought out the basket of fries for 10 ppl to share. Not to mention the table was never cleaned off from start to finish. I asked for them to clean the table off 3 times until someone actually bussed it.. Ive been to Friday's plenty of time and this was the worst

   Our server Lakuan was patient and accommodating. We had a large group that arrived at separate times. Lakuan tended to those who arrived first, then followed up with those who arrived later. There initially wasn’t a hostess at the hostess desk. When she arrived, her service was less than welcoming. It was almost as if it pained her to show us to our table.

   The food orders were incorrect. It took awhile to correct all five orders. The staff were very accommodating but it was only five people and we didn’t understand why it was so hard to get the orders right since there were no special requests.

   The wait time was less than 5 minutes which was great however it went downhill from there. We ordered drinks, a few kids drinks & 4 drinks that had to come from the bar. 3 of the 4 drinks arrived in a timely fashion however the last drink took 20+ mins. The appetizers came out before the last drink. I had to request a manager who then came back with my drink and informed me that the ticket fell in between something and was lost. Impossible if the other drinks where on the exact same ticket and came out to the table. Along with that my spinach dip was all cheese, the shrimp in my pasta was undercooked & the drink the manager brought out to me wasn’t prepared correctly, way too strong. All in all I did not get to drink or eat anything I ordered. I was highly disappointed. I will not be returning to this Friday’s
