Food and service were great. Disappointed by having to pay extra for lamb chops as they said they were included on the menu. Wasn’t offered many of the meats more than once either. We will definitely give it another try.
Incredible service! Friendly staff and fantastic food!!!
Justin and Gary are assets to this establishment. Great service, friendly and remember my wife and I every time we walk in.
Staff was friendly, food was great - we tried it with some friends for the Easter brunch and left very happy and very full.
Nothing to report, very nice place, my family loved it.
Dinner was nice and elegant! The lobster bisque was amazing! I would definitely return again.
The food was incredible, hot off the grill and cooked perfectly. Seems like every couple seconds someone else was coming to our table to see if we wanted more food. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Family friendly. Will definitely come back.
We tried TDB is Westlake on two different occasions and we're disappointed both times.. meat was bland and either very very undercooked, still deep red and chewy, or grossly overcooked, like grey... Or consistently well. We've been to other locations many many times and really enjoyed it but we won't be returning to this location..
Very nice restaurant with a great staff and even better food
Not one compliant, everything was perfect. The food and the service were excellent.
It was our first time here and we loved it. Great food, great service.
My wife and I have always enjoyed dining at Texas de Brazil. We were both happy that customers could use the salad bar area (with mask and supplied gloves) to serve themselves again. My wife's favorite the flank steak was seared nicely on the outside and medium rare on the inside. My favorite was the leg of lamb. If new to the restaurant, I would recommend buying the VIP card to get 50% off 12 dinners. It's a great meal, great experience, and great service at half the cost. VIP cards are good through the end of October.
Was taking longer than usual 5o get the meat well done to our table
Very nice. One of my favorite places to go. It felt like it was too packed. Service was okay. Didn't receive as much meat as we would have liked, and our server kept forgetting certain things like drinks.
Love this place and our Servers are always so helpful! Loved Melissa! 😍
This wasn’t our first time there, we really enjoyed it previously.
This time the foos was ok
The drinks were not good at all. Our server was very nice
Excellent service and great selection on salad bar. Meats were cooked perfectly.
second time eating here and we loved it. The first time New Years night and wasn't able to make our own salad but still pleased
Great food and service!
We were originally told it would be a 2 hour wait, as of 7 p.m. I went on this app and grabbed a reservation time of 8:15 p.m. The host called our name by 7:20. I'm not sure why the run around was necessary. The food was ok. Don't know, after this experience, that I would return.
Was very crowded and during my visit I think me and my family only got 4 pieces of meat the 1 1/2 we were there. Was not a good visit at all
The server told us to put on gloves for the salad bar. I have no problem doing this but I guess the other 8 guests at the salad bar had no gloves and no masks. The new rules for buffet openings in Ohio were not being followed. No sanitizer station at beginning or at end of buffet and clearly guest were not social distancing. Our server was very nice and so were the guys who bought out the meats, when you could find them. Restaurant was not busy but waited 10-15 minutes in between meat servings often sitting there looking at kitchen door waiting for them to come out with more meat. The gentleman at the table next to actually went into kitchen asking them for more meat. I’ve eaten at many Texas De Brazil’s but never had to wait for the meat to come out.
Beautiful place and good food when the meat was medium rare. Love the variety.
Service was wonderful and the food was better than ever!! We had a great night
Pretty crowded, didn’t get as much of a meat selection as we normally do.
We had reservations for four, for my sons birthday. Everything went well, it was our first time and my son and his wife's third visit. It was a wonderful experience, and properly special and unique for a birthday celebration, even though he had been there before. He even received a complimentary dessert for his birthday. the food was plentiful and diverse. The meats came out quickly and repeatedly throughout our meal. We requested a couple of favorites and it did take some time to get those, but eventually we did, there was plenty to eat in the meantime. My only complaint was that after the first round or so, the meats were all coming out more well done and on beef esp. that wasn't as pleasing. I think perhaps they were just getting too busy and forgetting about it on the spit, as we could see the cooking area being neglected a little. I would have also liked a bit more variety in the salad area. You couldn't really build a good salad as there weren't much by way of salad toppings. I filled my plate with all the other interesting things, but my husband and I both craved a nice salad with fixings. The other minor thing was the hot bar which holds sauteed mushrooms, etc. The mushrooms, which I love were in a thick brown gravy as opposed to just being sauteed in butter or something. Not very appetizing. the other choices on the hot bar were all just lacking in taste and special preparation or recipe. If some attention was paid to the quality of the items there, it would greatly enhance and add value to the substantial price of the bill. We did enjoy our evening and are glad we experienced it. I think if those things were paid more attention to, it would encourage us and possibly others to return more often. definitely worth doing. And the feel and ambiance of the restaurant was very appealing. Our waiter, Sam was perfect.
This was another birthday for our group and the general consensus was Texas de Brazil because we had celebrated many birthdays there.
This time was disappointing. Everyone in our group enjoys the variety of meat served at Texas de Brazil, and the fact that you can get as many repeats of your particular favorite (lamb chops for our group) as you want. We found out this week that was no longer the case. Lamb chops are now an upcharge, and that's for a limited quantity. This came as an unwelcome surprise but we got past that and enjoyed the various meats that were available for the regular price. The birthday person was looking forward to dessert after the meal and his favorite dessert is crème brûlée. This was our next disappointment. No more crème brûlée. Not because they ran out on this particular evening, but someone in management decided that crème brûlée took too long to make. Really? Isn't that one of the reasons for going out to a special place? So you can get something you can't, or don't want to make at home? Better to say you had to 86 it because you ran out than to say you eliminated it because "it takes too long to make". What the restaurant is saying here is you, our guest, are not worth our time and trouble even though you're willing to spend your money with us.
Our food was great as was our service.
Had we known of these changes in the menu ahead of time though, our choice in dining would have been different. After so many fine dinners at Texas de Brazil, I'm thinking it isn't going to be in the top 3 on our list in the future.
They removed a lot of items from the salad bar buy every else was great
Birthday. It was much better a year and a half ago. It’s not the same.
Went for my anniversary sevice was good felt really taken care of. Only minor complaint was there was a whining child nearby and kinda irked us other then that good experience
Much of the meat that was served was overcooked, dry, and lacked flavor.
Proper PPE was in place to provide for a safe dining experience.
My water glass was empty for extended periods.
The staff was prompt with meat options and was courteous of ongoing conversations.
Restaurant was clean
Absolutely delicious. The meat melts in your mouth and there's so much variety. The filet mignon is to die for. The wait staff was very quick and helpful. Definitely worth the money.
Great food great service
My hunni and I enjoyed the experience and plan on going back... The overall experience is worth the cashola😁
After Covid honestly this is the first time I’ve been there I used to go every week before Covid but yesterday the service was very bad
There was constantly food being brought out, but since we were seated in the absolute middle, it rarely ever made it to our table. Many, many times we watched other tables get served as we sat hungry for almost 2 hours. In those 2 hours, our waitress stopped at our table 3 times, and 1 of those was to get our original drink orders.
Excellent food and service. The many different varieties of meats they bring around to your table are delicious. The salad bar and hot bar are very good too.
I love it!!! Well worth the price
Service was great. The waiters gave there input and personal favorites as far as the meats. Had a very nice time will definitely come back.
