Overpriced and left hungry. Poor service from the moment me arrived. Save yourself the trip. Old fries. Cold food. Read the other reviews and trust them. I wish i would have

Food is great. Be aware not all things are included in the $42.99 per person. Soft drinks, beverages, certain meats, and deserts will be additional costs. 4 people $250, $300 with tip is a bit too pricey for me. I won't be returning, but glad I experienced it.

Last time I was with my wife for anniversary and was great! The manager was close to our table and ask if everything was okay constantly someone keep attention to us in the way we not have to worry about services, this time I took my mother for her birthday since was a great experience and fail big time, the meat she want was not ready and the services was very poor the meat pass maybe 3 time with cold meat and hard no the best experience, I know Covid not help but it should never be an issue to take for a customer specially for the price, not mind to pay if is great services and excellent food but this time I’m very disappointed....

This was my first time at this location but have visited this restaurant many times throughout the U.S Food was slow coming out and not a variety of it plus food they kept bringing was rare and medium rare after I kept telling them medium well so really didn’t enjoy myself this time but I’m sure a lot of restaurants issue was due to Covid.Next year that I’m in town I will try it out again.

Last time we went was an awesome experience!!! This time the food was great!!! They kept the meet coming!! But our waitress was just not as good as we could have had. We had to wait 20 minutes or more on our ticket after we were done eating our food and asked for it, before she came by again, so we could ask for the ticket again. Never seen a manager, but I was ready to ask for one!! We took our 3 teens with us, so we paid $300 for our meal, really expected better service!!!

Clearly understaffed, but still charging the same. Not enough meats going around, red meat was undercooked and cold.

Definitely took a while to get our meat options. When we requested a specific meat they took the last piece on a skewer and put it back on the fire then bring it to the table. It was filet and was tough and way over cooked. Our sever was excellent.

Food was mediocre at best when it came around. We found ourselves waiting long periods of time between getting the different meats, of which they only offered half of what is advertised. The sides were lacking, only getting mashed potatoes and bananas so a big letdown there as well. We were not offered a bar menu and the refills were few and far between in the water. I’ve been to other churrascos and have had much better experiences than what my family and I had here.

Overall was really great, food fantastic, service was good. They had fewer team members bringing around meat at the same time compared to previous visits. But I am sure because of the lower capacity limits, they don’t need as much staff either. Can’t wait to go again.

This place is amazing. The food is awesome, and our waitress Jocalyn was FANTASTIC! She was energic, and she was entertaining as well. The carvers were pleasant, and well maintained, and they were open and honest about the temperature of the meats. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is that we were skipped a couple of times, but when I mentioned this to Jocalyn, she took care of it, and we were then almost inundated with meat after that! The ambiance of the place was fantastic, and the other diners around us were enjoying their meal just as much as we were. It was an enjoyable place, and upscale and energetic all around. Again, a small complaint, for those who don't drink soft drinks (like me), it would be helpful to have something other than apple juice and the like. Maybe try adding sweet tea to the menu? Just a small concession to those like me who don't indulge in carbinated beverages!

When I visit a churrascaria, it’s for beef or lamb, not sausages, chicken or pork. 80 % of the meat was the latter. Ate very little beef. Last time I was here, the beef was plentiful. Last night, It simply was not worth the $50/head. The salad bar was good and the current set up is less wasteful and more sanitary than previously. Will not be returning. Steak house instead.

My husband and I went there for a date night before a comedy show and were very disappointed. It took over 25 minutes from when we first sat down to receive our drinks. Our server didn’t really seem to know what she was doing but was very polite nonetheless. For the price of our dinner, we were extremely underwhelmed. The best part of our dinner was the meat guys that came around. They were so friendly and polite.

O/a the 13th of March 2020. My family had a lovely dining experience at Texas de Brazil STL. Shortly after… COVID-19 took over. The ALL employees were true professionals! This thought was present when I made reservation for two on 12 October 2020. However, I cannot say the same for my special occasion / visit yesterday 30 October 2020…Here’s a brief synopsis. My wife and I had reservation for two, set for 5pm (we were on time / seated-on time) No problems there! Until another couple came in 10 min later and was seated directly behind us with less than 6ft from our chairs to their (Restaurant just opened and was empty… my assumption… convenient for the waitress /clean-up to be grouped in close fitting) Our Order: Under the HOT ITEMS that we order: Sautéed Mushrooms, Potatoes Au-Gratin, Lobster Bisque were COLD… the RICE was barely-warm. Our Order: We waited and waited for our favorite meat servicing {Braised Beef Ribs) to come around… we finally had to make a request for it. However, we should not have!! When it was brought to our table, carved and placed on our plates… we both took ONE-BITE and tasted COLD Greasy MEATS!  That night could not get any worst…so we though! So after having two cut meat serving of {Leg of Lamb) my wife had on one cut meat serving of Dried up Barbecued Pork Ribs (in which she did not finish) & COLD Greasy Braised Beef Ribs…we had enough! Our special night was ruined. We asked our waitress to please bring the check & could we please speak to the manager) {it was not her fault our meal was in that condition} it had become tiresome complaining to her about the COLD food we were receiving. The manger finally came over to our table. My wife explained the situation (He stated that he will talk with “the kitchen” and that he apology) Finally, we paid for and enormous bill (concerning the little amount of food we consumed)… Left a generous tip and departed Texas de Brazil (Unsatisfied) and our Hunger mildly compensated.

During COVID the variety of meat available seemed very low. The meat was good just less of it. Definitely did NOT have tables 6 ft apart or remotely close to it.

Food was fantastic, ambiance was a bit bright could have been improved. Salad bar was closed due to covid, took awhile to get salads delivered by the wait staff. The food was fantastic quality/flavor but there was a lot of downtime waiting for the servers to make their rounds. They were having to cook, select the skewer and deliver, it was no fault of their own, just seemed under staffed. Overall we left full but entire visit was there almost 2 hours.

I was there for over 1 1/2 hours and the waiters that were serving the meats only stopped by our table 3 times. What really frustrated me is it was our 35th Wedding Anniversary. $100 later we ended up going to McDonalds to eat.

Our evening at Texas de Brazil was so so. We had eaten at Texas de Brazil in Las Vegas 2 months ago for the first time, and we were excited to try it again. we were slow to be seated even with a reservation, but once we were seated it took 15 minutes just to be dropped off a buffet menu and place our drink orders. It took us another 15 minutes before we had a sweet tea and a mixed drink on the table. Once we started getting our food brought to the table everything improved, but waiting 30 minutes before we even get drinks I thought was a little excessive on a low capacity night. Overall the experience was OK, and I am sure we will try it again to see if this was just a fluke evening. Hopefully service will improve!

Food was great. Price is kinda high, granted it is all you can eat. However it's kinda pricey for 2 people even with our $20 discount it was still $100 for us and I even ordered just water to drink. It's more for the experience then anything else.

Covid means everything is done for the diner, but it’s all done very slowly. Each waiter has too many tables and so you can go a while without seeing someone. Nobody asked about our preferences and not everything is available (again Covid). All that being said we’d still go again.

If you're a meat eater this place is great, but if you have any vegetarians i wouldn't recommend it. I've been to other Brazilian restaurants before and opted for the non meat option (salad bar) this was before covid. We had a group of 6, I was the only non meat, salad bar items had to be selected from a list on a paper they give you. I was the last in our group to receive my salad (the server had to make each one) which meant everyone else was half way through their meal before I even started. I was not given an option for "seconds". So I paid $30 for a side salad and some potatoes not worth it in my opinion. Everyone else in my group ate a bunch of meat and really enjoyed all the different options. I won't go back but I would highly recommend it to anyone that really enjoys trying different meats

This was my very first time going to the steakhouse, and I enjoyed the meal; and will go back. Reading the reviews gave me and idea of what I was in store for. The very same issues that happened in the reviews happened to me. I had a issue with them getting my wellness of meats correct. They were just doing their job's, by bringing different meats to our table. I get that; but no one asked our table what wellness we prefered. They started bringing medium-rare meats to our table. I understand to the majority, that's how those meats are supposed to be prepared; I prefer most of my meats medium to well-done. After being there for close to 45 minutes. They finally got our meat wellness correct. The waitress said "no one asked you for your wellness preference"? I thought to myself, isn't that your job". That very same issue happened in the reviews I read before, so I was prepared. Besides that issue I had a good time, and will be back. I tipped the standard 10% to 15%. The service was lackluster in my eyes.

I’m not one to write reviews but this was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Due to Covid restrictions you are not allowed to go up to the buffet to get your salad and sides so you are asked to fill out a sheet and there is someone who makes your plate for you which is understandable considering the current pandemic. I have been to Brazilian grills before so I am familiar with the routine. We were not asked how we would like our meat prepared I mentioned I was pregnant and had to have my meat medium well which fell on deaf ears. When they stated bringing the meat selections around we had been there for around 20 minutes and still had not received our sides or salads. I had to turn away the first four meat options that came around until finally our server came over and apologized and said she would alert the kitchen to my temperature needs which in return slowed down the service so they could prepare. Our server also proceeded to complain about the server that was in charge of our side plates and apologized for the wait. Eventually they started coming around with the correct temperatures but at this point we were 45 minutes in and had STILL not received our sides or salads. I mentioned something to our server and she talked to her manager and came back with “my manger apologizes he didn’t want to hire that girl back because she sucks but since it’s your anniversary we can offer you a free dessert”...at this point I asked to talk to the manger personally as they were not busy and he should have come over to start with. I explained we weren’t looking to get anything for free we just wanted our sides and at an hour in now I mentioned how ridiculous it was to offer a dessert to make up for the horrible experience. This is not how you treat guests nor is it appropriate to talk negatively about a staff member that YOU hired back AND put on the schedule knowing they were awful.. save your money and go to Tucanos in St.Charles way better food and service.
