                                                                                                                                                                                              We had a reservation for 7:30 pm, arrived on time and were not seated until after 8:15 pm. There were only 5 different cuts of meat offered to us some of which were very fatty. The service was ok. I was over charged for my Son but they corrected it. The restrooms needed attention. Overall we were disappointed and will not return.

                                                                                                                                                                                              This was our first time at this restaurant. Upon checking in for our reservation we were given a 10 minute wait for our table, so we went to the bar to have a pre-dinner drink. The bar was a little cluttered, with supplies on the countertop and drinks needing to be cleared away, and it hadn't be wiped down in a while. We ordered within a few minutes, just in time for our table, both of our drinks were delicious. As we headed to our table I noticed that all around, the floor was terribly dirty, with food that had been dropped, napkins, etc everywhere. It looked as though no one had bothered to sweep the entire day. It was very off-putting and I considered leaving, as a clean restaurant is important to my dining experience. We were seated and told how the dining would work, and went to the salad bar area where there weren't any plates for serving ourselves. We asked one of the attendants and after another 5 minutes or so plates were brought out. The salad bar was just okay for us, nothing to get excited about, lobster bisque was worth trying though. Soon the meat skewers started to appear but we sent several away because they were too rare for us. After some time passed, there was chicken, pork, lamb and some filet mignon brought around that was cooked well enough that we felt okay with eating it. The meat was good but for the price we would rather have gone somewhere else and ordered from the menu. The sides that were brought were pretty standard fare. All in all, an okay experience. But unlikely we will return.

We have supported Texas de Brazil in Texas, Ohio, and Kentucky, and each location is first class.

The food was perfect, the service was perfect and I’m looking forward to my next visit.

There was a lot of fat and animal skin. Creepy. Staff kept coming when with a red coaster (red means no more meat, green more meat). Could use more vegetables at bar. My date was extremely rude to staff who were very very nice. I will not date a rude Brazilian again. But I will be back to this restaurant

The salad bar was extensive and well monitored so everything was fresh. The pork was dry and little flavor as well as the ribs. The chicken and beef were good

We had a party of 11. Some first timers and previous customers. The table was ready on time. Our waitress was amazing and never let our cups go dry. She was attentive to everyone at the table and made us feel welcome and taken care of. The food was amazing as always. Great selections and servers were always near to bring more samples around. I definitely recommend and we will be back soon!

Service was really bad and couldn’t get anything without specifically asking for it. Usually meat is brought and you are asked what temperature you would like. Not this time, just had to take it more rare than I prefer. Love love love the potatoes on the hot bar. This time they tasted old and were not refreshed the entire time. Overall disappointing experience.
