Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area. For the main course, and our specialty, our meats are prepared the gaucho way—over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. All-you-can-eat weekend brunch, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The full salad area and hot items will be available, along with 15 choices of meat, including cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage, such as filet mignon, barbecued pork ribs, leg of lamb, Parmesan drumettes and everyone’s favorite, picanha. $69.99 per person. When purchased with a full-price meal, children 2 years and under dine complimentary, 3-5 years are $5 and 6-12 years are 50% off regular price. The salad area only option is $39.99 for all ages.

Great customer service, had to wait 20 min even with a reservation but it was Father’s Day so we understood. Our server Kat was awesome and the food was amazing

I’m honestly not too pleased. My waiter was super friendly and awesome and he is not at fault for my rating. We had a reservation booked for over a week prior to yesterday for 5 pm. We checked in with the hostess at 4:50 pm and discussed needing a spot for a stroller. We figured everyone getting seated was for prior time reservations and thought they were just running behind. I give them the benefit of the doubt. Well 5:40 pm comes around and I go talk to the hostess and it was very obvious that they forgot about us. I was so disappointed and upset but wanted to put my feelings aside due to it being Father’s Day. I think that things happen but to be so obvious and forget about our reservation / us was just upsetting.

We had a great first experience. I really wanted lamb chops as I saw them being served to the table next to us, but the server did not come to our table afterwards (and there were still chops on their skewer). Not until the end, did our server ask us if we wanted anymore meats so I told her the lamb chops; in a few minutes, they came out. We appreciated the sides of fries, mashed potatoes, and bananas, as well as the cheesy bread. I think my family alone would have been just fine with the salad bar only. We'll try that for our next trip. Everyone was nice and friendly. There were a lot of options for the salad bar.

Had a dinner party of 6. We were seated directly in front of the kitchen window which was great seating since the meats would constantly be passing. Our server, Terry, was fantastic. Great attitude throughout the evening, constantly checked on us, and I saw he checked on his other tables just as much. He kept the same energy throughout all his tables. The gaucho's were pleasant, not racial profiling, but they were authentic. They come around and introduce the meat they were carrying, sometimes I couldn't understand but they repeated and as long as I could figure out beef, chicken or lamb we were good. The cheeseballs on the table were awesome... kind of like a cheese mochiball, different. The salad bar was good, although cold, wish some of the sides were hot like the mushrooms and steamed asparagus. Wish the mash potatoes were up at the bar instead of as a side dish, crowded the table a bit. All the meats are served salted and medium rare, except the chicken of course. I loved the lamb chops, salted and crunchy. This was a good choice to have all types of meats instead of 22oz of the same rib eye. A manager checked on us and we were lucky to even have met the Director, Jazzy, herself. All the staff was great. I'm glad we waited a few months from opening to try this place out. Would return.
