   The salad bar was excellent, and the service was great. The cuts of meat were very good, but the variety wasn't outstanding.

   The food and the meat were tuff and were not cooked to the correct temorature. The salad bar is grest and it may be the best to get the salad bsr only and pass the meat. Overall there is no value for what you get. I am sure, i will not be going there ever again. Just avoid it.

   Dining room was tightly packed, tables really close together. Had the lobster bisque & salad bar, I've had better lobster bisque other places. Mike, our waiter was pretty good, but the gauchos would frequently bypass our table & then take entirely too long to come back around. It took way too long to get a complete meal one tiny sliver of meat at a time. since meat portions were so small & time between gauchos took so long, it turned out to be the most expensive salad bar I've ever eaten.

   Unfortunately, I was not able to obtain the server that I requested. But I had Braxton at the server and he was phenomenal. Awesome place!

   We were there on Mother’s Day so it’s possible our experience is not typical of normal day. We were seated very promptly with our reservation, even though they were very slammed. The food was very good, but the selection was more limited than other Texas de Brazils we have visited in other cities. There is $9.99 extra charge',' for lamb chops that I’ve never encountered before. It was disappointing b sure they are one of my favorite. They also did not have prime rib. The tenderloin was little pieces clumped together and were very over done. It seem the selection were more limited than other similarly themed restaurants. Our server was very attentive but he gave an extremely high pressure pitch for some specialist drinks. My partner ordered a Bloody Mary and he went on trying to sell a drink with some Brazilian ingredients to the extent she said never mind The same when I said I’ll have a Diet Coke., until I repeated I want a Diet Coke. With that said, we’ll probably return for a second visit.

   My server was amazing. I was in the bar area dining alone. And was great. Worked a large family. As well as mine. And was on top of everything. Even had a great conversation with him. The Goucho's were just awesome. Meat cooked to perfection! Kept me full on my favorite...LAMB! THANK YOU CINCINNATI STAFF!

    Really impressive as the first time visit. First class environment and service. Food is delicious and fresh. I would love to see more “flash”opening at noon.
