   This was our first time at Texas de Brazil, and my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. I was celebrating my birthday, and the ambiance was perfect—romantic and laid-back. The Lobster bisque was amazing, especially if you dip the rolls in it. This place was great! A good choice of meats and delicious sides. Our waiter, Wyatt, was very knowledgeable about everything and gave great advice on everything. We loved it and will come back again.

   I would say our most recent visit was fair at best, and it was mainly due to our server. Our server was just not on top of her game. When she first came to the table she greeted us in a perfunctory manner. After that, service was barely acceptable. We were constantly shifting things on the table in order to set a single plate down as empty dishes/glasses were not removed. We were ignored when we attempted to get her attention when she was finished with the table next to us. She never checked to see "how everything was?" or "did anyone need another drink?" (Not refills of water, but drinks.) The grilled meats were good - with the exception of the beef ribs. The members of our party that had those said they were more like "pot roast" than beef ribs. I would like to see the items on the "salad bar" labeled for any allergens that might be present (shellfish, peanuts, soy, etc.) It would not be difficult to do.

   We have been here twice now. We really enjoy the food- however, both times we have been overcharged for drinks. The drink menu stated $12 per glass and we were charged $14. The correct wine was listed on the receipt so it was not an error on ringing it up. That was the first visit. I did not bring it to anyone’s attention and just paid it. Our visit last night was the same thing. The menu lists $48 for a pitcher of sangria but we were charged $52 on the bill. Again, we did not bring it to the restaurant’s attention because my husband does not like confrontation. It’s very dishonest for your restaurant to do this. It’s crazy to think of how many people you scam each night out of a few bucks here and there, knowing people will probably just pay the extra few dollars. You probably make a ton of extra money each night just on this little scam you run, dishonest drink pricing. I was also very put off by how demanding the waiter was trying to upsell alcohol after being told no several times. He even flipped my card from green to red when a guy came to the table with meat while he was doing his upsell, and shooed him away. I did actually want that meat and didn’t appreciate him telling the guy to go away, especially since I had already told him that I didn’t want the bottle of wine he was trying to sell me.

   Amazing!!!!! Our server was beyond amazing! He was from Brazil! He treated us so good, took care of us and was very attentive! The perfect place for a family gathering!

   Pretty impressive salad bar, my boyfriend said their sausage was the best he's ever had, drinks were very mild in any alcohol content. They claim all their meat is served at a medium rare, which I prefer, but I assure you that temp we received on the filet I got was more well done. Maybe they have various temps being walked around IDK as this was our first visit, but filet is all I like so not the best. Definitely be sure to come hungry to try & get your moneys worth! I was also very disappointed to be charged $16. for two bottles of water -- if water isn't free you better specify this please! Even joked at one point just bring us the tap! Plus I noted on the reservation we had a birthday to celebrate, no mention of it at all, and then when trying to use our $20. Off coupon for signing up to their program we were told in the fine print you can't use it on a Saturday. All in all a very expensive meal for just an ok experience, don't know if we would return.
