Much different now since COVID, but I love that they bring everything you want to your table.

Food was decent, when we requested certain meats to be brought out they kept telling us they are coming. After 20 min we asked for our check and left. The service was very sub par for the price you are paying. I also didn’t enjoy being handed an IPad for payment while the server was right over my shoulder. Overall the food was good, service was not.

I have been here before on a date and we really enjoyed it. Hence we invited our whole family to celebrate a birthday. Our table was stuck in a corner and we had a new kid in training (im assuming) waiting on us. It was horrible. He disnt know much about menu drinks, he would bring us our salad plates about 8- 10 mins apart each (there was 10 in our party) WE HAD TO WAIT VERY LONG. the meats wouldnt come to our table. Yes, we had the green side up.. They all kept passing us. Everytime I would tell the waiter to PLEASE have steaks come by our table he would say oh yes of course and he would walk away to other tables. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED. Then he forgets that we are celebrating a birthday and never brings out dessert. I wanted my family to have a great first experience and it was everything ahort of that.

Staffing was extremely poor. The single bartender could not keep up with the volume, and he was also helping as a server. The servers were extremely slow in bringing out new options, and they never actually brought out the Filet Mignon, which is the item the majority of people are looking to try. We actually requested Filet Mignon at the end of our meal (well over an hour of dining), not having seen it being brought around yet. We were told it would be coming out, so we waited an additional 20 minutes, and it never came out, so we requested our check and left.

We opted to try this place in instead of the traditional steakhouse we would normally go to for a nice Filet Mignon, thinking we could have a sampling of that and several other options. Sadly we never had a chance to try it, and given that this was our wedding anniversary dinner and my wife does not care much for other cuts of meat, it was a dismal anniversary meal for her. Given the slow overall service, it was disappointing for me as well, though what I was served was good.

Also, I complained to the server/bartender when I paid the check, and he complained that they have limited staffing because of Covid (not a valid reason given that they were pretty full and clearly are not impacted from Covid relative to customer-base), and he also said they had just fired one of their managers as well, causing further impact. Clearly this location is in turmoil, and I would avoid at all costs.

The value and service were terrible, and we will not return.

The best Brazilian steakhouse I’ve been to. They were able to make it very COVID friendly, and appreciated all the precautions they made and it still very classy. Great quality of food and very attentive staff.

Not being able to go to the salad bar for the Churasco was weird, but with covid - we understand.
All the items we marked were given, but I dont understand who in the world would ever expect 39 Kalamata olives (which is how many my wife received)

Also, most of our meat was delivered rare. I don't remember ever being asked what our preference was.

Worst experience ever!!! Food was cold and bloody rare. They only came out with 4-5 different meat selections. It was dead on a Friday night and you could hear employees complaining about it. Our server said he took a new job at Amazon. Certainly NOT worth the money.

If you are looking for an authentic Brazilian experience; this restaurant is not it despite the price. Limited meat selection and Caipirinha's made with lime juice and simple syrup versus using real crushed limes is not reasonable at this price point. I ate a a Texas de Brazil in Texas and the experience was much better.

Well, opentable has definitely made reservations so easy and accessible for me so that was 5 stars! Walked in and got seated immediately! We had a great server who was very polite and attentive to our needs. It was awkward to have the unlimited salad bar option without being able to walk up but that wasn’t the restaurant’s fault— COVID 19... it took quite a bit of time to get our salad bar order which i am comparing to getting it myself had I been able to walk up.

We did order wine and our server wasn’t really able to get the bottle open quite right. In fact, it took him 2 tries before another server came to assist. Next— I got my salad bar order and it had hair on the jasmine rice :/ They took it back immediately and were very polite about it— mistakes happen... I get it. It is unfortunate however as the price for the meals are extreme! $44/person for dinner! Overall— it was fine. Tucanos would’ve done well but we moved to Meridian and Boise is just too far for a simple date night.

Great food and great enthusiasm by our server. Did not feel very prioritized at times and felt as if our server had too much going on for him. Perhaps understaffed, but when our server was attending us, he couldn't be more professional and engaging in conversation. Made great recommendations on drinks. Would dine here again.

When first entering the restaurant is very beautiful and open. The receptionist greeted us and seated us almost immediately. The server at the time took a while to get over to us because she had other tables. She came by to say she would be right with us. Then we ordered our drinks and for being only a few tables in there it took awhile to get our bar beverages. The salads were pretty decent and the Male server Making them did a really good job. However the meat selection was very minimal. Only maybe 3 different meat choices came by and we had to request another meat to be brought. The meat itself was not very tasty, over cooked and dry. I’ve eaten at other locations and have loved it. The service was ok. For being a slow Thursday night, I would of expected better service. For that price, I did not feel that the meat selection was great at all. For over 250 dollars I would not try this location at all again.

I'm sorry but this place has really gone down hill. My husband and I used to go their often when they opened and really enjoyed everything. First of all you have to fill out a form for the salad bar, not a problem, except they did not bring me everything I checked on my form. Really disappointing. Also they waited til we took salad plates away to bring meat, which we did not like either. The meat barely came around there was only 4 different meats that we saw. Also the Fried banannas in sure they leave at your table horrible, they were barely warm and had Raw sugar on them coating them, The sugar was definately not melted and the waitress wanted to tell me that is how they always are. Not true. I have eaten there many times.
Horrible Horrible experience. Would not reccommend going their until they get things together better. Also service slow. Waitress took forever to bring bill, drinks, and anything. Really we were like the 6th table with people. I am sure they could have spared a person or two from the groups talking to help us.

Service was great, especially in light of Covid-19 restrictions. Although the salad bar was closed, they did a great job of taking our salad bar order and making sure we had plenty of what we requested. Everything was delicious and they served us quickly. It's a shame it was not as full as usual. Hopefully good reviews like this will help people be confident that they are safe and in good hands eating here.

We have heard about Texas de Brazil so we finally decided to try it for our anniversary. We arrived and got seated at one of the farthest tables from the kitchen. When we ordered our sides only 1 out of the 6 sides we ordered came to our table. After asking our waiter multiple times, he only brought out fries to us, nothing else.
The servers with the food barely came to our table. They’d skip over us or help the people next to us and then return to the kitchen with a half full skewer.
Our waiter hardly checked on us.
For the price that you have to pay to eat there, we thought we’d at least get better service (especially with had capacity) and we thought we’d get ALL of the sides we ordered, not 2.
I do have to commend some of the young men that were serving the meat, two of them were very kind and asked if there any other types of meats we wanted.
It was a different experience, but ultimately not one that my partner or I would ever go to again.
