For nearly 40 years, Texas Cattle Company, a family owned and operated restaurant, has been a local favorite serving only select U.S.D.A. Choice and Prime, three-year-old grain-fed beef. Texas Cattle Company steers clear of fancy cooking methods, flame-broiling our steaks on a custom built pit over a natural wood-burning fire made from Florida orange-wood and oak. Our managers cut & season our steaks daily to guarantee the absolute best tasting steaks anywhere! We also shop for the freshest local seafood and produce available to ensure that you will have an amazing dining experience. We pride ourselves in having the best service and creating a family atmosphere.     Our waitress, Betty was cordial and informative, but not as attentive as we anticipated. Did not check back to see if we needed anything (drinks, condiments, etc.) and we found ourselves waiting watching for her, so we could yell across the room to get her attention.

    It was fairly quiet as not too many customers there this night. The waiter was excellent and the food good. It was my birthday and enjoyed the night very much.

    The food quality was excellent. Good cuts of meat, well prepared. I ordered the bone in rib eye steak for two with my son. It came to the table very rare (ordered medium rare) and needed to be sent back to the kitchen. Came back fine. The service was a little pushy. I felt like we were being rushed through our meal. Waitress kept interrupting table conversation to take our order for appetizers, etc. Her timing was way off. Then she brought the desert tray over, before we had even finished our meals. Other than an inexperienced waitress, the food and ambiance were both very good, and I would definitely try this place again.

    Disappointed from the moment we arrived. I called ahead asked for an earlier time they told me 1 table would be ready and when i got there i was told we had to wait. In addition waited past our reservation time. The staff at the front counter were not the friendliest. We had a group of 22 people you would think they would be nicer.. NOT! Food took extremely long to come out, potatoes were all Cold. Most of the guest boxed up their food due to the lateness in the food. We had 2 waitresses. The main one was great second one not so much! I gave her 3 gc’s and she told me i only gave her 2. That took another 25 mins to resolve at then of a long night. The manager even had to get involved but I had to figure it out myself! Told her she did have all 3 and luckily i looked at the receipt to see which one she missed. We come here often def will not come back with a big party, the service was Disappointing!!! Mind you it was my sons graduation dinner. We arrived at 745pm and left at just about 11pm with to go boxes!
