Join us July 10 - July 14th for a special four course menu celebrating our 50 years in business.

**Our menu currently features a weekly six course Chef's menu only.**

Our six course Chef's menu at Tersiguel's is a combination of authentic French-style cooking and rustic country fare reminiscent of cuisine found in Tersiguel's original home of Brittany, France. Tersiguel's cuisine is reflective of the seasons, with a garden that produces lettuces, herbs, vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. Tersiguel's is quintessential French Country "from the farm to your plate" cooking. Chef Tersiguel describes his food as "French soul food". The Tersiguel family has operated one of the regions best restaurants for 50 years and continues this tradition with annual ratings of "Best French Restaurant" from the Zagat and Baltimore Magazine.

The perfect place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Quiet and classy, with attentive service. The menu selections are imaginative. If it's your first visit, ask for the larger "Garden Room."

Still a shining star in the Baltimore area. Both the “regular” menu and its sister vegetarian offerings were imaginative and delicious. However, Tersiguels is more about the total experience. Service and ambiance is exquisite. Bravo, Michel and Charlie.

A wonderful experience. Love how Charlie takes the time to describe in thoughtful detail everything. A feast for the eyes, ears and taste buds. First time my husband has joined me and he’s excited about our next visit. Love!

Tersiguel's serves a Chef's Tasting menu of 5 to 6 courses, but will adapt for food sensitivities ( my neighbor is vegetarian and reports having a wonderful meal). Last night, was terrific, and i enjoyed the selected wine flights with each course. Michel includes some old favorites of the restaurant menu, such as Strawberries au Poivre. Ingredients are very high quality, preparation is superb, and you'll never find better service. Absolutely a great dining experience!

I cannot imagine what the people giving 4- and 5-star reviews experienced but from the moment I walked up and found sun-faded plastic flowers in the window box I began to feel I’d made a mistake for our anniversary dinner. The scent upon entering was a combination of damp, mildew, and bleach. Christmas lights were everywhere and the glass of the conservatory was filthy. The planter housed a ceramic frog lawn ornament which proudly sat atop a pillar flanked by equally tacky dog and cat lawn ornaments. We asked for carbonated water and received a plastic bottle of Perrier that had black dirt on the bottom. The glasses were unpolished and just gross. The first course was a cold kabocha squash soup. It would have been much better served hot with a bit of salt to be less baby-foodesque. Cold, chewy bread was served with each course. Next, we were served ratatouille with house-made mozzarella and basil puree on the oldest and dirtiest looking plate imaginable. House-made items are great if you are great at making them. This dish would have benefited from some Sysco bought burrata as the mozzarella was completely flavorless and had more string cheese consistency than fresh mozzarella. The fish course was blue catfish. The truffle beet sauce was inedible. If you’ve managed to completely mask the flavor of truffles with that of vinegar you have done something wrong! Next came severely undercooked veal loin served over old bone marrow gravy. I don’t know what the technical word for that flavor is but it’s basically “old meat flavor.” I ate the overly salted broccolini and moved the plate to the side. Next came lamb. If it were not served atop the tapenade but on the side the dish would have been ok, but the tapenade was so strong and salty that it saturated the meat. The fraise au poivre served for dessert were destroyed with too much Pernod. After the tip the bill was over $300.00 and only my husband had wine. What a rip off! "Country" does not mean dirty and disgusting!!

Perhaps it was an off night. We had high hopes, we love wine dinners and specialized course menus and the menu for the evening sounded excellent. It was not...all 4 of us left disappointed. The mixed drinks were good and the dessert was very good. Everything else was subpar. We had dined here before (years ago) and the food was truly excellent. I wish them all the best, but after spending $650 and being quite disappointed we will not return.
