From late June to early August the skyline ignites with an array of colour during the International Fireworks Competition. There’s no better place to enjoy a prime view of these award-winning pyrotechnics. It’s also the perfect observatory to admire the illumination of Jacques Cartier Bridge, every night, at sunset.

J’y suis venue 2 soirs de suite. La première fois s’est très bien passée et j’ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience. Cependant, j’ai été très déçue en revenant le lendemain. Malgré une terrasse non remplie, les serveurs ont fait plusieurs erreurs de commandes en apportant les mauvais plats, ou en ne les apportant pas tout simplement. Des erreurs peuvent arriver et ce n’est pas ça qui m’a vraiment posée problème. C’est le fait que nous ayons commandé un pichet de cidre rose à 40$ et avons été servies par une sangria à 68$. Nous ne nous en sommes pas rendues compte, pensant que le cidre qui était à la fleur et aux fruits était simplement plus sucré qu’un autre cidre. Ce n’est qu’une fois avec la note que nous nous en sommes rendues compte. Lorsque nous avons relevé l’erreur, tout ce que le personnel nous a répondu est qu’en effet, la sangria est plus cher que le cidre. Sauf que ce n’est pas ce que nous avions commandé, et plutôt que de s’excuser, la serveuse est simplement partie après avoir récupéré ses pourboires avec le règlement des additions. 28$, c’est le prix d’un plat dans ce restaurant. C’est très fâcheux qu’aucun geste ou même de simples excuses n’aient pu être offertes. La vue reste très belle et une partie du personnel est très accueillante, mais certains points seraient à revoir, comme l’organisation en salle…

The burger was great and so was the rest of the food! Unfortunately they got served so late they were cold. By the time they got served, we were finished with our drinks. Also, so many bugs, one of them landed in my friends drinks, be careful if you are sat more on the outside.

It is a nice place to be if you want to hang out and talk or grab something to drink. Personally, our experience here was not great unfortunately. When we arrived there were 2-3 tables open with a nice view of the city and we told them we were here to have dinner for our anniversary and asked if we could sit there. However, we were not given a clear reason why but they wouldn’t let us eat at those tables but said they would see if there was a possibility to move us later. They then put at a high table in the middle of the terrace that was very unstable and unfit to eat on due to the serious rocking going on. Also, due to all these tables being cramped together and right in front of the bar, waiters were constantly running into us or our table as they passed by every few seconds, not to mention it was hard to hear. Long story short, more tables opened up but they wouldn’t move us for some reason but they let a few others that came in sit there and we ended up leaving after an hour when we realized they weren’t going to ever move us. With all that said, it is a nice spot if you are able to get one of the tables with a view, if not it’s still nice if you don’t care about the view and want to grab something to eat or drink casually.

Visited Montreal for the first time with 3 of my friends. Dined here on a Monday afternoon, fortunately the weather was good for the rooftop patio dining. Definitely wear a hat or sunglasses on a sunny day as there is no shade on the section where the view is best. Entrees were delicious especially the ground pork burger and chicken sandos. The potato wedges could definitely use more seasoning. The coco bongo reminds me of Mexico so that was great. Service was excellent, food came out quick and our server was very attentive. Would definitely come back for all of it next time Im in Montreal.

Lots of bugs, half the menu not available, crab club sandwich is bland and has no place in this menu. The Staff offered amazing service!

Beautiful location, good selection on the menu, very scenic surrounding. The only negative thing I can say is that the tables were a little too close together so that, depending on who your neighbors are, you might/might not end up hearing their conversation. Otherwise, we will definitely come back in the future.

Absolutely loved this terrace in the heart of Old Port, Montreal! The water view was stunning. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. And the dessert? Incredible definitely save room for it! Camilo was extremely attentive and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. A must visit if you’re in the area and looking for a great dining experience with a view.
