   Our waitress was not very friendly and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. We were given dirty looks and the occasional eye roll a few times throughout our visit. It seemed as if we were inconveniencing her to do her job. Food was brought out and she was never seen at the table again. She didn’t come to check on us or clear dishes, and I had to flag her down for a check. Food was okay. Menu is a bit weird and all over the place. A manager came out and offered a couple behind us an indoor seat because the sun was beating down on them. No offer was given to my friend and I. I simply asked if we could receive the same offer and he seemed very much annoyed that I asked. He reluctantly gave us an indoor table after I had to ask due to their lack of umbrellas outside.

   Wonderful place in the middle of Glen Mills, everyone enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere.

   Always a pleasant and delicious time dining here. The atmosphere, drinks, food selections and staff are aligned perfectly to ensure a very special and resplendent experience.

   Lovely atmosphere and food was outstanding! Had chicken pot pie and burrata and beet salad with flafel, enjoyed every bite. We will be back 😃

   Most everything was great. Service was slow bc there was a backup at the service bar. Our server was transparent with us, which was appreciated. Bread also came slowly. Maybe it was because it was towards the end of the brunch crowd. Aside from that, our server was great.

   Handled our special occasion with seating challenges beautifully. Delicious and surprising food. Tiptop service. Really impressed

   Nick, our server was fantastic - we were in a tent to celebrate a bride-to-be. We could not have enjoyed it more - such a great time - thank you to all the hard working employees at Terrain. Gina Gibbs

   Reception desk is chaotic. Poor layout for those waiting to be seated. Noise level was TERRIBLE. Conversation was impossible. Spouse turned down his hearing aids just to be able to sit in the room - ensuring that we couldn't converse. Food was poor overall. Great menu but poorly prepared. Mushroom soup was served barely lukewarm. Taste was not good, including being very acidic. Hashbrowns were served barely room temperature. Clearly had been cooked ahead and then not held at temperature and not reheated. "Wild" mushroom frittata contained nothing but white button mushrooms - and very few of them. Frittata was so tough that it was hard to cut it even with a knife. We had planned to take company to Terrain Cafe in two weeks and went today to check it out. We cancelled our future reservation as soon as we got home. At least our server, Amber, was pleasant and attentive.

   The mushroom soup had so much lemon in it, it should be labelled lemon soup. We have been going there for years and had that many times, go back to old recipe. My water glass had lipstick still on it. Not the usual thing there in the past, but very disappointed on thos visit today, 4/27/25.

    Really glad we came for breakfast. The ambiance was amazing, espresso was tasty, and the food was incredibly delicious.
