   Wonderful server, she was attentive to our table and very personable. The ambience as usual was lovely, the food also excellent as usual. Portions are very fair and the groupings are family friendly. We will return! There were some small flys around the food and table which was unfortunate but not too surprising due to the season.

   My husband and I enjoyed a pre-Mother's Day lunch at Terrain and, as always, it was perfect in every way. The menu is so appealing and inventive; I couldn't decide among a delightful array of offerings. But we both finally decided on the Lobster Roll, which was delicious and uniquely seasoned. Our server was sweet and attentive (Nicole? Not sure...) and I just love the ambience in the "greenhouse." I've never been disappointed in my experience at Terrain; it's a real "feel good' destination for me.

   This visit wasn't as good as it normally is. My food wasn't warmed completely through and it took a LONG time to have our dirty plates removed. The server actually brought our dessert to the table and found places to set it down among the dirty dishes.

    We wanted a special evening for our guest from San Diego… and the evening at Terrain Cafe was all that we hoped for! We ordered the cheese board and drinks to start. The grapefruit bourbon sour was declared the winning drink and the flower pot bread drizzled with a bit of honey from the cheeseboard was an unexpected hit. Everyone enjoyed their entrees and I loved the rolled eggplant - Mexican melds with Italian in a stroke of genius! Jules, our server, made the evening! She had the instinctive knack of knowing what to ask and when to be at the table and was absolutely charming! She made the evening flow effortlessly… thank you Jules!
