   Location was relatively empty for busy Friday evening. Ambience felt as if they were just getting started in business. Attention to detail was parse from menus to the table settings and tattered flags on the building. No real view of sunset even from terrace. Food quality was average and wine selection light. I would give it a chance in hopes they can step up in different areas but don’t be shocked if your experience is average or less. Good news is pasta is more forgiving than some other cuisines.

   My family enjoyed the entire experience at Terrace Roma!! The food was great and our waiter was exceptional!! We will definitely visit again the next time we come to Key West.

   After enjoying the Sunset Celebration at Mallory Square, our family of six enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Terrace Roma. Our table was outside on the 2nd floor patio, so we could enjoy the beautiful weather and surroundings. The staff were very friendly and attentive all night, and the waiter had a great rapport with our children. The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

   Love this place. Hidden away just off Duval Street and up a flight of stairs. We had the cheese ravioli with a pink vodka sauce and the pasta with clams. Rivals the food we love in Italy. Worth the search.

   We ate here after watching the sunset at Mallory Square. The food was delicious. We started with a meat and cheese tray and bread. Good size and good selections. We tried the ravioli's with a meat sauce, tortellini with a cream sauce and spaghetti and meatballs. All was delicious. We ate every bite. Then we had tiramisu and key lime pie. Again delicious. My son wanted to order a second slice of key lime pie! Our waiter, who I believe is also the owner, was great. Very enthusiast and accomadating. The restaurant was surprisingly slow (in my opinion). Because they were slow they only had 2 people working... our waiter and one other person. We sat on the balcony terrace over looking Front street. we would definitely eat here again.

    You know that feeling you get when you visit a recently opened restaurant and they just don't have it together -- and probably won't ever get it together? That was the vibe at Terrace Roma when my family visited for dinner following Key West's sunset celebration. Not worth going into detail. Key West has many great restaurants. This will never be one of them.
