While I understand it was hot outside, our reservations were outside for dinner and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. They closed the outdoor seating because of the heat. I would have like to have known that before driving over an hour to be told we couldn’t sit outside. I would have chose somewhere closer to home.However, they did end up letting us sit outside after I asked to cut her cake. The waitress and chef that cut the cake was very friendly.

Nice aesthetic and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were polite, welcoming, and accommodating. Our waitress, Ebony was friendly and personable, she had great knowledge on the selection of drinks and on shareable food choices and made great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Searched for a “business dinner” restaurant. Terrace 54 was included in the list. Nowhere in the description did it say it’s wide open in the lobby of a hotel. Extremely noisy. Terrible signage and difficult to find. Slow service. Very limited menu. Great if you’re looking for a good bar scene but not for dinner.

Confirmed reservation on open table and arrived to restaurant only to be told there was no reservation. We had 10 people in our party but thankfully they were able to accommodate. Very embarrassing to confirm a reservation and have the staff tell you sorry we don’t have anything especially in front of C suite executives.

The views are amazing. We were greeted and sat in our table. The wait to get our food took over 30-40 mins though and the portions were pretty small. Other than that, the staff was friendly and attentive, apologized for the wait as well.

The restaurant is a little hard to find and not well marked from the street level if you’re not familiar with the area. Both the hostess and initial server didn’t seem to have been working at the restaurant or in the industry very long as they seemed unsure about basic tasks associated with seating and bringing water to the table. When I asked what the soup of the day was, the server told me about two options and then a third that wouldn’t be available until later in the day (after I would be gone) and then what I received was supposed to be lentil but was more likely vegetable and cold. Then , another server came and told me about a fourth soup option the other server didn’t even mention so while slightly amusing, I was not amused when given the bill for over $100 for a 1/2 soup and turkey sandwich two chicken sandwich entrees and some french fry appetizer. I was underwhelmed in the supposed #2 out of all the restaurants ranking in the area according to Tripasvisor. Save your money and go to the Chipotle on the street level to get more food for your money, IMO.

Food tasted good but portions were extremely small. Like 4 oz of white fish for dinner small. For $35. Really? Service was kind but incredibly slow. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before someone brought water. We had to ask for a wine list. Our server brought our check before our plates were cleared. She didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. We paid and went to another restaurant, where we ordered appetizers (because we were hungry) and dessert.
