   This is a really beautiful place. Celebrated Mother’s Day with my mom and children and we love it. The view were great and the food was amazing. The hospitality was great from the time we entered and left. The staff was very friendly and our waiter Rosanna was the best. Definitely will dine in again.

   I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. We waited 25 minutes for a table, only to be seated in a secluded area near what appeared to be a storage room. The ambiance on that side was completely lacking—there was no music, and it honestly felt more like sitting in a hotel lobby than a high-end restaurant. When we asked to move to a more vibrant section of the restaurant, we were told it would require an even longer wait. It was disappointing, especially considering that the area we were seated in had only six tables and was barely occupied. I had invested over $1K in my outfit and took the time to get ready, expecting a night out that matched the effort and elegance. Instead, I felt isolated and, quite frankly, almost offended by how casually we were placed out of sight. For a restaurant that promotes a premium experience, the seating and service decisions did not reflect that standard.

   I love this place myself but this time I took mom and she loved the place very elegant, the food is good, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The Terrace patio was open and the views are unmatched.

   The view, the superior service, the ambiance... it was worth every penny and I'd do it again.

   Unfortunately, our first experience at Terrace 16 had less than the desire defect on our evening. We were seated in the bar area as it was too cold outside, and there was a wedding that took up a majority of the restaurant where the actual seating should have been. The bar was very crowded, and it almost felt like people were standing on top of us as we ate. It was very loud as there is no noise dampening in this restaurant. The food was half heartedly good but not great with elements of fast food as the featured items. If we had been told the restaurant was not available prior to our paying the $50 each cancellation fee that was required in order to make this reservation, we would have chosen not to eat here in the first place. Almost ruined a perfectly good weekend.  I would highly recommend you check and see if the dining area is available before you venture to this mediocre restaurant as all of the views are the best from the restaurant area.

   Luis was our server and he did an incredible job. The staff was friendly and the food was outstanding. Rosebud on Rush did not disappoint and we look forward to visiting again in the future!

    our server was pushy as well no seen from inside may be good when open teras is working otherwise there are better alternatives
