The experience at Terra-Mar evolves around food and wine. We offer an unforgettable dining experience at our chef’s table, where an extensive 7 course Chef’s Impression will be prepared right before your eyes for $169 per person. To enhance your experience, we offer a carefully curated wine pairing for $99 per person. We welcome all our diners at 6:30PM with a glass of champagne to celebrate the night by 7.00PM we start the dinner experience.

    One of our top dining experiences--ever. The attraction is Chef Clayton and his evident passion for food. He preps each dish right before you personally and is meticulous about every detail. Even when the ingredients are humble, the delicate and unexpected combinations of flavors, textures, and even colors make each course a unique treat. His "style" is to seek out contrasts--sweet-sour, hot-bland, crunch-umami, etc. We each had our favorite: my partner raves about the Waygu beef cheeks; I liked the airy and intensely tasty little first course "salad." Do not expect to leave hungry. The experience is close to having your private chef. Host Sophia is gracious and accommodating, with a pleasant sense of humor. My only criticisms are observations, and not intended to be negative. Consider that the optional wine pairing gives you many full-pours. Will you be able to taste the food after a half-dozen glasses? Every dish is quite intense and gets more so as the meal goes on. A "seventh-inning stretch" dish, like a sorbet or simply-presented fruit would be a welcome pause. Be prepared for a hefty bill, but given the extreme challenges involved in getting hand-picked fresh food and supplies in T&C, it is not surprising or unjustified. Anyway, this business deserves the support of every person who claims to love Michelin-quality cuisine and experiences. You won't be disappointed.

    This was a real treat in such a beautiful country. Albeit the location of a restaurant is nothing special, the format is. A horseshoe table where all three sides face the chef as they prepare and present each of 7 courses. The menu was balanced, thoughtful, beautifully presented, and tasted absolutely stunning. Any foodie will find this a memorable experience. While it may seem pricy, it is equivalent to most of the restaurants in this area and a significant step above. My favorite course was the venison tenderloin with a complex wine reduction and perfectly prepared cabbage and carrot julienne and sweet potato puree.

    An absolutely incredible experience! This is a must-try for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Every dish was outstanding, and we loved the opportunity to connect with other guests. Chef Clayton and Sophia curated the perfect dining experience, ensuring every moment felt special. The egg custard with caviar was a standout—rich, delicate, and absolutely unforgettable. Well done!

    Best restaurant on the islands. We eat at a lot of high end places, this is at the top of the list. The tasting menu changes seasonally and should not be missed. Hands down the best place to eat, don’t miss it.

    Visit Terra-Mar while you still get a reservation! This new restaurant will soon be "the" reservation to get on Grace Bay once word gets out. Chef Clayton and the Terra-Mar team provided us with a unique and unforgettable 7-course tasting menu with wine pairings. Settle in and allow 4-hours for the experience. The restaurant is designed around a chef's table and accommodates about 16 guests so you'll have ample opportunity to interact with the chef and your fellow diners. Chef Clayton is a rising star, definitely on his way to his 1st Michelin star! Every course was memorable and inventive, but knockout menu items for us were the scallop tartlet, citrus and gin cured tuna and the glazed wagu short rib. Thank you for an amazing experience on our last night on the island. When we made our reservation, we didn't realize we were saving the best for last!
