   My son has some issues with noise so when I made the reservation they made a note of our request. They placed us in a nice table and then someone came by to see if we wanted to move to another quieter spot. It was nice to have someone write down our request and then have someone else follow up to make it happen. The meal was great and so were all members of the service team.

   My son took me to Terra for Mother’s Day. It was warm, but we were seated at a lovely table in the shade. Seating was prompt, and we were served Prosecco while we waited. Service was good, although waiters were swamped. We ordered two drinks over the course of the meal—festive & delicious! My son had an Eggs Benedict dish that he enjoyed. I ordered a pasta with beef and sausage. Was nothing out of ordinary, but tasty & filling. We split a dessert. Wish the prices for cocktails & desserts were a little bit more down to earth. $17 for gelato is obscene. Overall. A pleasant, if very expensive, afternoon.

   I was really looking forward to dining here, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The staff seemed untrained and lacked knowledge about the menu—simple questions about ingredients or recommendations were met with confusion or vague answers. It felt like they weren’t properly prepared to serve guests. The food was decent, but the overall experience was let down by poor service. Wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made.

   Toney was amazing! He told us his favorites as well as provided quality service and attention to our table. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday and again, he did everything he could to make her feel special! I had my cousin and her daughter in town from Hawaii to help with the celebration and they were both equally impressed with Eataly! LOVE IT!

   This is probably one of my new favorite places to visit! The service is great, the vibe, food menu options, and drink selection are on point. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy a great afternoon!

   Good restaurants should value the quality of all dishes served. You can't serve a good piece of meat to one person at the table and a terrible piece of meat to another. You complain and the waiter looks at you with disdain, says he'll change the dish and never shows up again. Everyone at the table was embarrassed that I didn't have the meal. In short, a very bad experience.

    Had a 7:30 Friday night reservation at Terra. Encountered trouble locating the restaurant in the Westfield Shopping Center. Our table was next to the main entrance. The restaurant was extremely noisy, high ceiling with numerous tables. Prices were in the moderate to high range. Wines by the bottle were mainly imported, very pricey as well. Corkage is $35. We shared an Insalata Verde salad, very tasty. The ultra thin slices of watermelon radish were unique. We ate the Ravioli Pisellie Asparagi & Braciola di Maiale (pork chop). The ravioli was okay, could have used more seasoning. The pork chop was pre-sliced, tasty & very tender. Our waitress, Sofie (sp?), was very friendly & was able to describe the dishes that we were interested in with great detail!
