   Toney was amazing! He told us his favorites as well as provided quality service and attention to our table. We were there to celebrate my daughter's 30th birthday and again, he did everything he could to make her feel special! I had my cousin and her daughter in town from Hawaii to help with the celebration and they were both equally impressed with Eataly! LOVE IT!

   This is probably one of my new favorite places to visit! The service is great, the vibe, food menu options, and drink selection are on point. Highly recommend if you are looking to enjoy a great afternoon!

   Good restaurants should value the quality of all dishes served. You can't serve a good piece of meat to one person at the table and a terrible piece of meat to another. You complain and the waiter looks at you with disdain, says he'll change the dish and never shows up again. Everyone at the table was embarrassed that I didn't have the meal. In short, a very bad experience.

   Had a 7:30 Friday night reservation at Terra. Encountered trouble locating the restaurant in the Westfield Shopping Center. Our table was next to the main entrance. The restaurant was extremely noisy, high ceiling with numerous tables. Prices were in the moderate to high range. Wines by the bottle were mainly imported, very pricey as well. Corkage is $35. We shared an Insalata Verde salad, very tasty. The ultra thin slices of watermelon radish were unique. We ate the Ravioli Pisellie Asparagi & Braciola di Maiale (pork chop). The ravioli was okay, could have used more seasoning. The pork chop was pre-sliced, tasty & very tender. Our waitress, Sofie (sp?), was very friendly & was able to describe the dishes that we were interested in with great detail!

   We came here for a special birthday. The staff wasn’t very attentive. One guest asked for the salad to be brought as an appetizer, it was brought out with the entrees. Desserts were not brought out at the same time. We were already done with our gelato by the time the birthday dessert arrived (mind you it was a hot day so no, waiting wasn’t really an option). The food was absolutely bland. The drinks and dessert were the only decent thing. Everything was severely overpriced for such lack of flavor. The ambiance was nice (nothing to write home about) but a bit cramped which was okay. We will not be coming here again.

   Sadly my first experience at Terra for Easter Brunch was not what I had hoped for. Service was slow. It took 40 mins for our order to be taken. Since we had so long we had to order bread for the table to hold us over and of course it was not free. My first option was sold out, so I had to settle for something else. Our table was not fully shaded so it was quite warm. No one in my group of seven thought it was worth the price.

    Our entree took awhile to come out and by the time it’s out they got one of my order wrong, got chicken instead of pork chop. Our waitress said she apologize and accidentally press the wrong order. She also said she will comp us with more bread but it never came. Pork was dry and favorless. Probably not coming back for awhile.
