Using local ingredients with Italian influences, Terra is Eataly’s premium wood-burning grill restaurant located on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. Named for “earth’ in Italian, Terra's menu features the season’s best ingredients cooked simply over open flames. Its food meant to be paired with an inventive botanical cocktail and enjoyed outside on our expansive shaded patio.

We hold the table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering the reservation to our waitlist.
Parties of 7-10 people are required to make a deposit of $150.00 and parties of 11 or more, email esv-privatedining@eataly.com to secure the date.
There will be a $20 per person charge for no shows or cancellations without 48-hour notice.

Upscale pricing, taste of food average except for the tiramisu which was the saving grace. Nice to have experience at least once.

We did not have good experience this time probably because it was too late the kitchen was about to close. We had an excellent night not too long ago when the food was well prepared hot and tasteful. Bread was fresh from the oven. Not this time unfortunately.

Our server was amazing. I don’t remember his name, but he’s African-American with French braids. I will be back and ask for him.

Food was so so. Portions were small and expensive for what we for. Nice ambience. Drinks were so so. Desert was alright.

Our server was good. (she did her job at Up selling ). It was the others that came by that took our dishes and did not give us silverware when they dropped off the dessert. So we had to ask them for silverware . When we asked them for more water they took a long time to bring the water. We asked them for more ice (it was hot day) never brought ice. Asked more that than once. Then when we looked for our server, she was so busy other tables that we couldn’t flag her down Paying $25 and only getting three slices small thin pieces of bread for the Burrata appetizer was shocking. It wasn’t even enough for the two of us to have two pieces. When we asked for more. They wanted to charge us five dollars for three more small slices of bread. And the inside was not soft or creamy. They also forgot our broccolini. The only reason why I knew it was missing, was I notice on the menu? It said it came with it. We had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for it to come. But if I was not observant and read the menu carefully… we would not have had it. To spend $200 on a meal (2 people) and to get this kind of experience, it’s very disappointing. So if you’re wondering why you are not booked out and busy like before this might give you some insight.
