                                Great views. Sat for over an hour after being seated 30 minutes after our reservation without having a server attend to our table. Their Mezcal drink options look good. Can’t comment on food as we didn’t get to experience due to lack of service.

                                Stacey was fantastic! Food and drinks were amazing. The atmosphere was a bit loud so it was hard to hear conversations and it was muggy/hot. Other than that we will definitely be back on a cooler day!

                                A group of 3 of us came here to celebrate my birthday- we had a reservation and a note regarding so. We arrived to the hotel at our reservation time and took the elevator up to be seated and our host had no idea where to place us because someone else gave away one of the chairs at the table reserved for us to a group of ~15. I could overhear him discussing where to place us with his manager and the manager blaming the situation on us "for being late" and there wasn't much they could do for us (mind you we were at most 1-2 min "late" due to the elevator situation and they supposed have a 15 min grace period). Incredibly rude and dismissive. The host was kind enough to find us decent seats on the couches but we were spread very far apart for a three person party. The food itself was great and the views were beautiful! However, the waitress was no where to be seen the majority of the time we were serviced and had to be flagged down more times that she came to check on us. They did nothing regarding "celebrating" my birthday with me which was pretty disappointing with everything considered. Overall glad I went but there are plenty of other rooftop restaurants / bars that don't provide such a dismissive experience.

                                Tenfold is an experience, but not ours. In our 70s it was not our style but still was enjoyable. The view from the room is excellent. The city lays out in all directions. We were there on Friday night and it was hopping. The music is loud and Thumping. The people are young and loud we two old Fogie sat at a table and watched as people mixed and mingle and talked and laughed and drank. I would recommend this for somebody in their 30s through 50s. the drinks were great and the service . We did not have a chance to eat because we had eaten downstairs at deans. We we’re glad we had a reservation because it is very popular

                                Very Understaffed. Small portions. If u arrive hungry, u will probably leave hungry. Good atmosphere. Good views of the city. Helpful and courteous manager. Portions not worth the money.

                                Not great that one has to pay for parking after a $370 bill. Maybe they should consider that. Idea. Spend $$$ and you get fee parking? Drinks and apps were great. The Chicken Tinga wasn’t great. Not seared and it was hard to eat. Don’t expect a lot for your money as far as apps are concerned. I am OK with that because of the atmosphere and the quality of the food. Just saying. Be prepared. Overall enjoyable. Staff is friendly and prompt.

                                My guest an I were viewing perks on Facebook, but according to our server, the perks were not being honored. The manager did come to our table, but what is posted on Facebook about joining Loyal10 is incorrect. Hopefully they will monitor the Facebook posts closely. The ambiance is great!
