   Charles had us at table 140 with an outstanding view of the race track. The staff and service was second to none. The food quality was outstanding

   Automatically adds 20% tip to any bill. Buffet is normally $55 on weekends but since it was Easter it was $85 for the same buffet as on regular weekends. Because of the automatic tip it was $36 more than a regular weekend. The service was great and there was a large selection of food but the lamb was overcooked and dry. It's pretty bad when the carrots and deserts were the best items. Food was mediocre at best. It was a ripoff.

   Always a fun experience ! Food is consistent and brunch on Sunday is always nice

   Our party of 12 went for Easter Sunday Brunch, we were seated immediately in a great table with views of the race track , service was outstanding, and food was delicious, plentiful, from the beginning it was a great experience, Jose was our server and took so good care of us , one great day !!!

   The table was great, well placed. Service was ok but not great, too much waiting. Food is good . Prime rib was average.. We enjoyed our family afternoon.

   The food was overall good. Disappointed that there really wasn’t any breakfast items. No sausage or bacon. No scrambled eggs. The lady making omelets, did not speak any English, and didn’t understand when asked if she could make scrambled eggs. I do not do omelets due to a texture thing but I can do scrambled eggs. (I know it’s weird). Went down to the other station to have scrambled eggs made (that gentleman spoke English) Overheard several people in the line that there should have self served scrambled eggs and I agree. If you are switching up your brunch menu, please post it on your website. Nothing on the website about the menu. Overall, for the price, underwhelmed. Wanted to try someplace new. For the price, more than one mimosa should be included. I will stick with Blue Moon Fish Company. For the same price, they have unlimited mimosas and bloody Mary’s and more breakfast items for $85 Maybe I’ll come back during regular brunch and try it again. The waitress said there was more breakfast items.

   Excellent variety of food choices! Service and displays were impeccable! Seats are yours for the day as well to enjoy the racing.

    We were greeted with a smile and quite friendly experience,this was from the woman that was selling the racing forms. Once again when we entered the maître d was friendly and quite accommodating. We seated by a beautiful young lady and introduced to our waiter . That’s where it started going downhill. We arrived about 40 minutes before the races so we just wanted to sit and look thru the racing forms SHALOW (spelling) our waiter was not exactly the friendliest person. I don’t think you could understand why we would wait a few minutes relax then order our drinks.. When we decided to order, we asked him a few questions about the drinks and drink specials. We felt as though we asked too much. It was just simple questions like what the drinks were made of maybe how much they cost. When we finally ordered, it took at least 30 minutes for us just to get our drinks and at this time he had maybe 30 customers. We finally  received our drinks, but we wanted to watch one or two races before we ordered our food We had a flagging down to order another drink and our food when the food. When the food was delivered we did not receive what we ordered . Now this could’ve been a Kitchen mistake, but you have thought that we were putting Shallow out. The icing on the cake is when we received our bill. He told us that we did not spend enough money per person which was incorrect. So I put a surcharge on the bill of $31 .  I tried to explain to him that three people times $45 was $135 and our check was $203 but he just wouldn’t listen. I finally got the manager, I said this is impossible and then he told me that Shallow was dividing the bill up by four people instead of three people . You would’ve thought after 4 hours he would realize 3 people. Sorta rude to me. The good news is I love Gulfstream, the horses, people! See you soon
