In all honesty, the food was ok or average. However, Yatta our Hostess/Greeter was off the chain, hospitality plus. She then sat us in Holly's section and the service and hospitality continued. This really started our game day off great. Thanks to both of them. 💜

We had a 5:00 reservation as we were attending a near by concert at 7pm (11/4/2023). When we arrived there was a bar across the opening to the dining area. There was no hostess throughout our experience. A young man (employee) whose name was Jean walked into the area and those of us waiting questioned him as to whether the dining area would open at all. He went to consult with someone in the back and returned and opened the entrance and told all of us to seat ourselves. There was no one to check or honor reservations and luckily there were not more early customers than could be accommodated. He said his shift started at 5 and he did not know that he would be opening and attending to the dining area. He was EXTREMELY good, gracious, efficient and helpful. He took each tables orders and delivered each tables drinks and meals. We felt the situation was a serious management failure. Open Table should not be taking reservations for this dining establishment. Clearly they have a staffing issue and we were very grateful that JEAN - the only employee serving that area was there. The food was fair. Management should reevaluate having this dining area open at all. They should also be very grateful that they have an employee like Jean to take over and work that area so well.

We were shocked to arrive to be told our reservations were not being honored! We made reservations before the Minnesota Orchestra concert well in advance and received a reminder that day. The hotel was dealing with a convention and was over filled. Luckily, my wife managed to find two seats at the bar so we could have a drink and two salads. The food we at was fine and the bartender was over worked and trying his best. We were deeply disappointed in Ten01 Social. The hostess at the restaurant didn’t even apologize for the on-site cancellation of our reservation!!!!!We will try another restaurant next concert.

The staff were working soooo hard and once seated were truly amazing. But we took an Uber to this spot before a Vikings game as it is a little further from the stadium and we could get in. The plan was for bloody Mary’s or mimosas and breakfast. There was a long line of walk ins and no host. Finally someone walked by and I asked about checking in for a reservation. We were seated about 20 minutes after our reservation time, only to be told they have no bartender so no drinks. For a large hotel to not have a bartender on game days is wild and should be advertised as it sounds like they don’t open the bar until noon.

We stayed at the Hilton for a big event this weekend and dined here in between shows. Our server was extremely rude and unfriendly from the moment we walked in, our group of 6 honestly felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome the whole time. 2/6 drinks came out wrong, and we waited an unreasonable time for new drinks, well after the rest of the group finished theirs. Our food was mediocre at best. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a server at a restaurant before, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy.

This is convenient to Orchestra Hall, which is why we ate there. But I remember when there was a real restaurant in the Hilton--now there is no ambience. It feels a bit like a cafeteria, except there's table service.

Nice place to have breakfast if you’re in the downtown area. Reason I have low stars for service is because me and my party never got water refilled nor asked if we needed anything else during our experience. Food wasn’t extraordinary but good enough nonetheless. Wait wasn’t long and love the seating. Would go back due to ambiance and food. The price was a bit high but it’s downtown. All and all, you go and try it and see if it’s for you.

The server we had was wonderful because the Hilton was short of servers. Never got a table but our server went out of her way to make sure we got something. As for the Hilton itself it’s a vacuum the servers working tremendous.

Both the other couple and I said different individuals must make the cream soup because it’s not the same consistency from time to time. Still taste good but some times runnier than other.

The staff were great. The condition of the room was not. The toilet ran and had to be fixed. When we requested a robe, an old one with a ragged belt was delivered. The room divider in the restaurant was full of dust. Apparently they didn’t have enough staff to handle things well, but the staff who were there were exceptionally nice and helpful. There was no room service available in the hotel. In other words, it showed signs of still recovering from the pandemic. We had a pleasant stay, but we had to make far more requests than we’re accustomed to having to make.

They have expanded their menu to include more tasty dishes. It is the perfect place to have dinner prior to going to Orchestra Hall for a concert. Manny, our server, has been there many years and has always provided excellent service to us!

Actually very surprised that this place has only a 3.6 star rating. Likely due to it being in a hotel and having out-of-town guests writing reviews. Food was very good, our server was great, and the place is clean and cozy. The only thing that we had to complain about is that we booked our reservation based on the online menu, but when we arrived, they had a completely different menu. They really need to fix that. Maybe that is the reason for the lower reviews.

The Old-Fashioned was excellent, as were the hamburgers and ESPECIALLY the FRIES and the BREAD-PUDDING! HOWEVER: The room was ICE-COLD until the man rolled down a wonderful huge shade, which separated the dining area from the outside door, where kids were leaving the outside door open without regard for the cold. ALSO: WAY TOO MUCH NOISE COMES INTO THE DINING AREA FROM THE ADJACENT BAR AREA. It was really difficult to hear one's dining partner(s). Why not install another huge shade? Energetic sound is ONE thing, but a HUGE RACKET is another!

I went with my girlfriend. The waitress was cold and expedite. My girlfriend ordered a 15$ tequila cocktail, which at the end was close to a full glass of tequila (first strike). I ordered the burger and asked it well done (I come from Canada, and we eat our ground beef well done there). The resulting burger was straight burnt. With a thick burnt crust on the patty (second strike). My girlfriend ordered a flatbread and it was the dryest flatbread she had ever eaten (third strike). Therefore, I would not recomend, and one should instead install doordash on its mobile and order something good through there.

The restaurant went out of their way to provide good service. I ordered them meatloaf and the beet salad and both were very good. They also had Beaver Island stout on tap which I liked VERY MUCH.

Food was excellent. Walleye fingers were hot and plentiful. I ordered a Manhattan and paid $18. It was overpriced especially for a hotel bar and restaurant. It was very noisy on a Friday night but the gracious host was able to find a spot a little quieter.

We eat there often before a Minnesota Orchestra concert. Generally were very pleased with the weight staff the quality of the food. The gentleman who greets us when we arrive, is always gracious and humorous, and a real treasure for your restaurant. It took a while for someone to come to our table. Maybe 25 minutes to take a drink order which we had to wait for for almost a half an hour, our food order was taken, and that took a while for it to arrive. It took a while for us to get our food and the hamburger was almost raw and the food was warm at best. We were not attended to during our meal to find out if everything was OK. We were presented with the bill which we said to split which they didn’t, so our usual experience at Tenor was not like it usually was. We’re questioning if we will return. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know our meal experience was not as usual.
