   The staff were so preoccupied with their cell phones that we had to ask for water, silverware, napkins, and missing items several times. I don’t think I’ve seen a lazier staff in my entire life. Food was semi decent, but I would never go back bc of service.

   Restaurant was closed, after receiving reservation confirmation twice (had to switch times, well before the half-hour grace period requested). No notice sent or posted on the restaurant itself. Phone number not working, either.

   Very upsetting that I made a reservation for 11am via Open table to park the cars (plural) - walk to Temple Grill - to see a sign that says they don’t open till 11:30am. We then left our cars had to google another place that hard brunch on a Saturday and walk 5 blocks so we didn’t have to find and pay for parking again - VERY DISAPPOINTED!! You would think that someone from Temple Grill would have seen our reservation prior to the opening time and contacted me.

   We were in town to show my nephew UNH and wanted somewhere quick to eat. This place has fantastic food, and great drinks. Nothing was expensive or overpriced and the portions were perfect sized for lunch. I had the fish and chips (half size), my wife had the meatloaf (half size) and my nephew had the Ravioli. My wife said it was some of the best meatloaf she has ever had and my nephew could not stop raving about the ravioli. This place is a win and if given the opportunity I will revisit. Parking was somewhat of a challenge. We ended up under the hotel across the street.

   I had the worst dining experience of my life here, especially during Covid. We were at the restaurant for an hour and a half and only got 2 apps. First of all, one of the apps we wanted was not available (which is fine), but secondly the 2 fried apps we got took 45 minutes to come out and the waitress never came back to apologize for the delay, refresh our drinks, even ask if we wanted to order entrees. When the apps were finally ready the waitress delivered them to our table without her mask on and quite literally threw them down and ran without saying a word or acknowledging the service/delay/unavailable item we wanted. We had to flag down a different waitress, who wasn't wearing her mask properly, to get us plates, silverware, and to finally refresh our drinks. The apps themselves, buffalo chicken egg rolls and fried mozzarella, were lukewarm and fine, definitely not worth the 45 minutes. They tasted like they came out of the freezer section of the grocery store. We then sat with empty plates and empty drinks in front of us for 25 minutes while we tried to flag down our waitress then any waitress to get our check so we can finally leave. The entire time we were watching 4 other waitresses walking around and standing at the bar with their masks off or below their nose while there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant at 6pm on a Saturday night. Even with flagging them none of the waitresses acknowledged us and our waitress never came to ask how things were and if we needed anything. After finally paying, the front door was locked as we were trying to leave (at 6pm on a Saturday???) so we then, for the last time, flag down a waitress without her mask on in order to let us out of this nightmare dining experience. I tried to call the restaurant the following few days in hopes to speak to a manager about our experience but the phone rang and rang and the answering machine wasn't set up so I was never able to speak anyone.
