Taxman Fortville is an Indiana brasserie and tap room committed to artfully pairing the highest quality local ingredients with house-made craft beers, wine and cocktails. The food was alright, but the staff was not good for the cost of the meal/drinks. A manager was visibly arguing with a gentleman in charge of clearing tables. No one had any sense of urgency, and the staff stood around talking to each other most of the time and was not very friendly. I was shocked they were not more busy for Mother's Day, but we won't be going back with that kind of service.

We love the steak and frites, however, we were a little disappointed that the entrée doesn’t come with the salad greens anymore. It’s a nice balance so please bring that back. Other than that , the food was delicious as always.

Server/service was good but food was ok. The garlic cheese curds were good, meatballs appetizer was super bland, tenderloin sandwich had a really odd taste.

Another successful visit to Taxman in Fortville. We enjoyed our time there with friends. The food was good, as usual. One meal came out cold, but the service recovery was outstanding. We will be back!

The mussels were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed some fun drinks as well. It was a great place to visit and we will be back.
