   Server/service was good but food was ok. The garlic cheese curds were good, meatballs appetizer was super bland, tenderloin sandwich had a really odd taste.

   Another successful visit to Taxman in Fortville. We enjoyed our time there with friends. The food was good, as usual. One meal came out cold, but the service recovery was outstanding. We will be back!

   The mussels were absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed some fun drinks as well. It was a great place to visit and we will be back.

   Our server was very down to earth, very kind, lots of smiles. Food was outstanding. Dessert - eh. When we went the dessert chef was really busy with outside parties so they basically called in desserts from outside entities. The most bland cheesecake I’ve ever had but adding the brûlée on top was def a great idea. Chef is doing their thing back there - just need better desserts.

    The Valentine special was superb! Steak and Frites , bruschetta and HUGE chocolate 6 layer cake . All VERY good. Also enjoyed a chocolate martini! Our server, Alexis, did an excellent job and was very friendly.
