   Made a reservation. No-one was there to entertain the idea of a reservation. No real managerial staff. NO reconcile from any staff members for the "no idea of what was going on" of it all. disrespectfully treated upon entry - as if i shouldn't be there.

   I had reservations and when I arrived there were three employees inside who just said we are closed. Unprofessional and I will not return.

   Our Mother's day reservations were not available until 60 minutes after we arrived. Fortunately, we choose to eat at the bar rather than wait. I had to call the waitress back because she had "forgotten" to take my date's order. She rolled her eyes when I had to ask. They said they were out of the wine that I requested, even though multiple bottles could be seen in the cooler. The live steel drum musical was good and the vibe was lively.

   It had excellent food but the service wasn't that great. We made a reservation at 2 and we weren't seated until close to 4. I was almost ready to leave. Don't go on a holiday because it doesn't seem like they can accommodate that many people.

   It has more of a small club feel, the space is small, the food was okay but the helpings were small for the price, no bread or cornbread was available to munch on before the food came and it was needed as it took a while for the food to come and it wasn't crowded at that time. We were told the place is under new ownership and I think they need to get things running better.

   Went here for my birthday brunch. The food was very good especially the Lobster Mac n Cheese. But just FYI they didn't have lobster for like the 1st hour we were there, so the mac n cheese was taken to go. There is only one chef Bernard he is awesome but it took the food some time to come. The chefs punch could use an extra kick. It taste good but we asked for more liquor to infuse it with. Overall very satisfied and will return

   I have to give 0 stars only because I only had one experience at the restaurant. I made 5pm reservations and the restaurant was CLOSED when I showed up. I could see through the window that there was a man inside watching TV that ignored my knocking at the window to inquire. I called and some one said they would be there in 20 minutes. These type of errors make for a downward spiral for a business. Please don’t accept dinner reservations if you can’t follow through. We ended up at the Beetle House across the street and had an amazing time!

    Food was amazing and though it’s a new business and the service is always requires a little patience, I truly enjoyed my experience. I will definitely be back. The jerk chicken and red velvet waffles are super delicious!!!
