This location is really struggling with service, having adequate staff and it's pretty dirty; sticky floors and not clean restrooms.

Overall, a good experience due to the food quality. There was no host/hostess for about 5-7 minutes when we arrived with a reservation. Further, a queue of about 10 others were waiting for the host/hostess to appear.

Got seated around 11:17 and it wasn’t that busy with plenty of open tables. No one came to ask us for our drinks or order or anything. At about 11:45 another couple gets seated behind us and their drink orders are taken within 90 seconds. We left shortly thereafter without even having a sip of water or coffee.

The frites were hot crispy and tasty. The Burger Week burger sandwich not so tasty, and it definitely did not live up to its pic on the Burger Week app.

Came early for moules-frites to celebrate my dad's 89th birthday. We were told no mussels were available. Understandable, except this was the 3RD time at this location. Last time was with family from Texas looking to try moules-frites for their first time. I ordered steak-frites instead... waiter came back and said they were out of steak. We'll go to Over-the-Rhine location next time, but this is the last time we'll visit the Kenwood location.

The restaurant was not busy at 1:30pm and the music was a bit loud. Our waiter was very nice although needed some coaxing to refill tea and water glasses. It was the first time I had visited Taste of Belgium. I wanted a simple waffle with maple syrup. I asked, and was informed the “maple syrup” was not real maple and that “we make our own”. There were no other syrups (berry, fruit, etc). I decided to give a waffle a try. It arrived, at a cool temperature on a very small bread plate and was the size of half a piece of sandwich bread! About 4”x2”. The waffle seemed like someone’s leftover, as it seemed like a frozen waffle reheated. The side of bacon was 4 pieces - very crisp (almost over cooked) but bacon is almost always good, because, bacon… A glass of ice tea was fine. I spent $18.27 because I left a 25% tip. I always support servers. Very very disappointing experience. I will not return.

Completely dead tonight, was only us (party of 2) and one family of 4, took 5 minutes to get some water, for a refill. Chicken and waffles were good, chicken and biscuits were extremely dry. Then I went to pay with cash and they said they are cashless. I will not be going back to an establishment that does not take my hard earned cash. Had I known I would have walked out and not even ordered anything. As you will see in pics of front doors nothing says cashless.

We had chicken and waffles that were very tasty, but the chicken was pretty tough to cut and chew. We’ve never had that happen before, so we’ll try again soon! Service was great. Not her fault…we decided not to mention it at the time.

The server we had was amazing. The food however took 50 minutes from when we ordered to get to us. I can understand being short staffed and assuming that was the situation but it was frustrating as the restaurant was not full. When it finally came out, one of the waffles was ice cold. Our server was amazing. She brought out a free appetizer during the wait and had a warm waffle out within minutes. It was our first time here. I would come back again but if there is another wait like that I won’t return.

Walked in the place was empty many open tables. We noticed 3 tables that hadn’t been cleaned off when we arrived Even after we completed our meal those tables still sat with dirty dishes We were handed drinks/ beer/wine list the paper looked as if it had been wet then dried also as if someone took a bit out of it. I ordered glass of rose’ was told the bottled they had was old and they didn’t have any more What else’s would I want. Daughter order a alcoholic lemonade drink that should have been carbonated it was flat. The waitress was very sweet. Would not go back anytime soon

Food was great. Service was great. Very pricey for what it is. Felt like I could have done Bob Evans across the street for half the price. Spent 24.00 for just myself and all I had was the bistro breakfast meal (2 eggs, a meat, potatoes, and choice of bread) with a diet coke and tip. If it was me and my family it would have probably been close to 100 for some breakfast. Little crazy I feel. But server was super nice and the place was cute.

There were three of us for dinner. Food was great for two of us but the third person had to send her meal back because it was cold. They were very helpful and asked if she would like the same entree or a different one. She chose a different one and was satisfied. The staff was very apologetic and took care of her immediately.

I have had their waffles several times. I was disappointed that when we ordered the plain, banana, and strawberry they were all served at room temperature. If you are going to charge a premium price then they should be cooked and served hot. I feel like they just took them out of a pack and served them. Quality was much lower than I have ever had at this restaurant

The food and our actual server were great. But we had to stand around for 5+ minutes to get a table when there were plenty open and there were multiple servers standing around doing nothing. No one said hi to us or greeted us when we came in.

Business meeting for coffee, smoothie and crepe. Dining room and parking lot were clean. Restroom clean and well stocked (could have used a trash removal). Server was attentive but we were not high maintenance at all. I would have liked to have seen a smile at some point though. Food was very good as was smoothie and coffee. Check dropped in a timely manner and payment processed quickly.

First time to the Taste of Belgium franchise. Although there is a limited menu, the food was very good and enough choices to please most palates. I had the Chicken and Waffles and my wife had the Breakfast for Dinner. Both were hot, delicious and plentiful. The house wine was also tasty. However, the highlight of the night was our waitress, Molly. She was a breath of fresh air. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable is just a few of her qualities. Made our night even better. There is one thing you should know. They are a cashless establishment (except for tips) so plan accordingly.

We did a brunch/meeting today. The waiter was nice enough to check in on us and allow us to get the business out of the way before we ate. That ham and Brie waffle sandwich was AMAZING!! I’d definitely go back!

Downhill fast. Well done requested burgers were served raw, replacement burgers came after the rest of the table finished eating. There was no one in the restaurant so not a too busy excuse. They either have a different fry than downtown or they have changed to a generic frozen French fry that was nothing like the original. Reminded me of a typical chain restaurant fry. Manager did not comp the burger but did give 50% off. Overall average service. Wouldn’t recommend the kenwood location and perhaps consider letting them get back to their roots of good food and service before you visit any location.
