We had a very enjoyable evening at Tas Bloomsbury yesterday, with good, tasty, varied and plentiful dishes (sea bass, both pan-fried and grilled / lamb cubes / prawn curry) after 3 excellent starter dips with warm bread. Good Anatolian red wine. Unfortunately the small tables were too wobbly and the chairs could have been better padded. All the staff were friendly, attentive, efficient and went beyond usual duty. We will return.

It was really good. Conveniently located to the British museum and one of the best meals we had on our trip. I had the mixed grill and all 3 meats were fantastic. Couscous was well seasoned. If I lived here, I’d be a regular.

It's the second time we have eaten in TAS in Bloomsbury. We were attracted by the vegan options and each time chose the vegan mezze which is absolutely delicious. Also the place is comfortable and spacious and not too noisy; the staff friendly and helpful.

This is the most pleasant of the Tas restaurants that I know in London. It has a very agreeable open and airy atmophere and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location close to the British Museum and Tottenham Court Road is excellent. I have been on several occasions and it has become a favourite.

We had dinner last night at Tas Bloomsbury. The restaurant was a bit out dated deco wise. The pictures on website must be old...The lighting was too bright, like a canteen. Food was ok, nothing special, not the best presentation. Squid batter was a bit oily. But the quantity was generous. I was looking forward to taste the Mousaka. But it was not very tasty. Quite heavy. I was wondering if it was a vegetarian one as I could barely taste the lamb.... The meat on the mixed grill was a bit dry... The total bill was quite high, not worth the money in my opinion. It's a shame, as this could be a nice place.

This place used to be excellent value. It isn't any more. It used to be packed out lunchtime, it wasn't today 25/3/25. Prices of the fixed menus could easily be dropped £5 each.

Good meal and good, friendly service. We ate at a quieter time of day so it perhaps wasn't representative of busy times of day when more tourists are competing for tables and service, but I've not had a bad experience here at any time of day.
