    I made a reservation for brunch less than an hour before arriving at the restaurant with no problems. Our party of 3 was seated right away and we were asked if we would be attending the matinee performance at the nearby November Theatre, and we were. We were able to place our order quickly but the wait for our meals was a bit long. When they arrived, we still had plenty of time to eat without rushing. We all ordered off of the brunch menu and enjoyed our choices. Even though the restaurant wasn't terribly busy, it took a while to get our check after our plates were cleared from the table. Fortunately, we had given ourselves plenty of time and still made it to the theatre with time to spare. Tarrant's is a solid restaruant with a wide variety of choices on the menu to please almost everyone. This wasn't my first visit and won't be my last. I highly recommend it for a meal or drink before or after attending a performance at the November (Virginia Rep) Theatre.

    Tarrants Downtown was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional. Our waitress , Ryan, was excellent. The food was very good and service was fast. Great experience 👍

    Ate there twice - brunch and dinner. Both times were great, definitely on my list of places to go to when in Richmond.

    We had a nice time and we enjoyed our meal and drinks. We had a few issues but the staff addressed it quickly and our group felt good with the way things were handled. We will return, thank you!

    Fabulous experience! They have a wonderful corner window table that seats 8 quite comfortably. Excellent ambience, service, and food. Even after closing we were not rushed to leave. Thanks for a wonderful graduation celebration!

    We told them we were going to Altria for a show so they were very prompt at bringing items out. The waiter was incredible! The food was great. As appetizers my son had the she Crabby soup and I had fried green tomatoes. Both very good. For an entrée we both had scallops which were great. Great experience.
