Great service from Toby- (?forgot name)
We went for happy hour and sat outside. There is always shade outside under the awnings. The hh prices are great and the food is beyond exceptional. Our service was perfect. The waiter kept stopping by to make sure we were happy. We were!
Food and service were outstanding. The paella and tapas were the best ever.
Excellent place. Best Tapas place in this area. I can’t wait to go there again!
Great staff. Great food. A fun and friendly place.
This review will demonstrate the power of reviews . I was in town for business and looking for a good local place to eat on Open Table. One of my coworkers lives in the area yet he did not know about Tapeo Tapas. I convinced him to give it a try and we were not disappointed. Him family actually owns two Spanish restaurants in New Jersey and many of the menu items matched what we have eaten at his family restaurant. He liked it so much he actually made reservations for Sunday brunch when he has guests coming to town. The next time I'm in town we will be back.
Ps. We tried 7 different tapas and everyone was excellent.
A delicious Spanish style restaurant in the heart for Palm Beach. Amazing authentic service and food. Went with my sister on a Sunday and they had live music, we sat outside and enjoyed a glass of champagne, tapa style octopus, and their sharing style paella. A great restaurant to welcome to the city! Will certainly go back. THANK YOU.
Very disappointed in wine list. A few of our selections were not available. We were told that the wines were being rotated.
Outstanding food, great waiter, only draw back was very loud table next to us and felt that the bldg wasn’t the best acústicas for sound but just the luck of the night. Will definitely be back.
Very nice atmosphere and our server Troy was amazing.
Authentic Spanish cuisine and sangria.
They also have a full bar.
I will definitely go back.
The place is very good, the food is fantastic. We just were very surprise that if you order Paella to share the waiter inform us that we will be charge $10 extra for scaring that dish, which we found ridiculous rule. We have never seen such a request in any tapas restaurant in the world including many cities in Spain. It was weird condition!
We decided to try Tapeo for a business dinner. Everything was wonderful from the atmosphere to the service. The food was terrific! Great presentation, value and delicious!
The restaurant is nice, service was good but had to wait over half hour for our paella after finishing appetizers. Paella was excellent, was worth the wait but would be better if service was a bit quicker. The place is nice, a little noisy though. We will definitely go again.
A little expensive, but it was definitely worth it!
When we first met our waiter weaseled him for advice on the tapas menu item. Not all of his answers were accurate. We explained that since we were 4 people we wanted to make sure that there were at least 4 portions for each of the tapas we were ordering. We wound up ordering 8 different tapas items to share. Much to our dismay all eight plates were brought at the same time. We have been to many restaurants both in the US and Spain and that has never happened. It actually detracted from our enjoyment since we had both hot and cold tapas.
Unusually good Spanish food. The real thing. Highly recommended.
Nice food awesome live music
Good quality food. The paella was good and the shrimp are good sized and very tasty.
Great place and great food. There were three of us. We shared three tapas and the paella Valenciana. All of the dishes were delicious. We would order them again and will definitely go back back!
We had dinner at Tapeo a few days ago and our first visit was an exceptional experience. The food was excellent, the service was friendly/attentive and the authenticity of the tapas was first rate. We look forward to trying the Paella.
The food and server were terrific! The bread was outstanding, the beef empanadillas, the salmon, shrimp in salsa verde, orange cake and tarta de Santiago—we loved them all and can’t wait to return! The owner came over to talk to us and make suggestions, too.
I tend to complain that there is too much salt in food but everything desperately needed salt and was under seasoned. We order a charcuterie plate which states it includes jamón ibérico. But when we got it we thought they made an error and put jamón serrano because it looked nothing like jamón ibérico. We asked the waiter if he was sure they’d given us jamón serrano and he said they shave it fresh and it’s probably the way the blade cuts it which gives it that shape and texture. We’ve had jamón ibérico countless times in different restraints, cities and even countries. It was insulting to call this jamón ibérico and insulting to think we could be fooled into paying for this. The only plus about the place is the service and drinks.
Loved brunch! $30.95 per person with an entrée and bottomless mimosas, sangria, and wine!
Great food, excellent service, atmosphere , the paella was the best!
The food was great! It was a good noise level for conversation and there were a lot of options. The owner came over to talk and was very friendly.
The paella was fantastic and the portion was enough for four people. The shrimp in green sauce was disappointing. And the noise level was terrible.
Food was outstanding -- don't miss the shrimp in garlic sauce (tapas menu item) or the paella (I had the black paella, which was excellent). Service was right on, as the waiter made some excellent suggestions. Can't miss!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of our meal. The food was excellent. The bartender attentive. The waiter knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant for large groups. Great experience.
First visit, and well worth it. Welcoming staff, super service. Very good job carrying out the Spanish flavors of the interesting menu. Tried 3 different tapas plates and 2 different beautiful to see and wonderful to eat paellas. The welcoming bread basket and olive tamponade was crispy and just right. Red sangria like it is supposed to be in Espana. View of lively street scene and park fountains. And easy parking next door. Fun evening.
We had great food, but the service was a little poor. We have a gluten and shellfish allergy and they didn’t know what either of those “ingredients” were. We were just super careful with what we ordered, hoping there weren’t any mystery ingredients. We lucked out. Our server was very nice, but had no clue about the menu.
I got the skirt steak with shrimp and subbed rice for spinach. So delicious! Staff was attentive and accommodating. If I lived in WPB I would absolutely return!
Authentic Tapas. Try the Sangria. Attentive and Friendly service.
I was disappointed that I wasn’t given points for this reservation with NO explanation.
Aberto great job! It was my fiance birthday and we had a good time. I wish they would have sing Happy birthday to her but, everything else was super perfect.
Our server was amazing as was the flamenco show! Hope they keep the show going!
We had a great time at this Tapas restaurant, enjoying authentic food that reminded us of being in Barcelona. The service was attentive and timely. An amazing evening!
The food was delicious and the service was 5 stars. I took my friend for her birthday and we both had a wonderful experience!
The food was Less than memorable. We enjoyed th warm bread and olive tapenade. The Sangria was tasty. The three tapas plates we ordered was eh. Not good enough to order another round.
Absolutely fabulous and a great addition to clematis
