Delicious food. Had avocado tacos, salmon poke bowl and brussel sprouts. Have to say the brussel sprouts were AMAZING... not even a little bitter! Fun cocktails. Had the Jameson Mule and a hawaiian cocktail - both were great. Our server was attentive and helpful!

My husband and I introduced my family to Tap and Vine to celebrate our daughter’s 19th bday and they all loved it! My sis even went back the next day for the clams, but you’re closed on Monday! My daughter is a hamburger fanatic so I had to have her try yours and she loved it like I did! Service was excellent! Thank you!

Food and service were excellent. The wait one we ordered was kind of long but we had 11 people so we understood. It’s a little loud in there so it makes it hard to follow conversation.

This was our first visit to Tap & Vine. We went to this restaurant because it was recommended by a friend. We were not disappointed. The food was very good and the prices reasonable. Our waitress was delightful, too. Nothing to complain about at all.

For second time in two weeks, TOO MUCH food. There are very few options for nice, tasty small items. when I ordered the Pistachio Brie item last week, the Brie inside was hard! Butter that came with the side of bread was WAY too much. Kale salad HUGE and was shared with two other to get rid of it. Brussel's sprouts very good but way too much even for the 4 of us. Flatiron steak, average. The pork belly was good, as was the Impossible burger. Good beer choices.

Auburn finally has fine dining. The moment you walk thru the door you feel like this could be good. Ohhhh it is... Fantastic food. Atmosphere is so inviting that you won't want to leave. The menu may seem a little non traditional, but don'tet that stop you. Close your eyes and point to anything on this menu, you don't be disappointed. Love love love this place!!!

In town for a sister’s weekend. Had reservations for Friday night. Sorry no pictures we are it all too fast! We shared Brussels sprouts, fried chicken, avocado tacos, beet salad. Everything was tastier than expected. Service was excellent and the owner checked in on us and really wanted our feedback. Nice wine list. We tried a few other places in old Town and this place was the best. Definitely try! Busy night but we didn’t feel rushed. Casual atmosphere but food way above par.

Went to Tap and Vine for our 5 year anniversary. Made reservations well in advance but the hostess tried to squeeze us in between two other busy tables. I asked if we could get a better seat as it was our anniversary and we wanted something a little more private. She seemed frustrated and a little put out that we wanted a better location. We did get moved to a great spot. The waitress was great. The food was great and we even had our Crème Brulee dessert on the house. We enjoy coming here and will be back.

Nice overall, but was hoping for more than 6 entrees to choose from? Either that or it’s the way the menu is formatted, and other items were offered but featured for lunch. It was not clear if these other items were available all the time. Also, was hoping for more specialty items for Valentines Day, to make the outing special. The owner came to the table to check if we needed anything, which was very nice. Cocktail I found to be delicious! I have dined here twice, not sure I need to come back, but nice if you haven’t been there before. Service very good, decor very nice, but minimal and industrial chic minimal.

I took my fiancé there for Valentines Day. It’s a nice walk up venue with a sports bar feel. The food is fantastic and the waitress went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We were impressed that the owner came to our table to chat at the end of our meal.

We love this place very much. I have lived in Auburn for 20 years and this is by far the best restaurant I have seen here since then. We love it so much we even had our wedding reception here. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive, and management is always on the floor making sure the guest have everything they need. We would highly recommend dining here

We were seated in the bar area which is very noisy. We don’t drink, so we never like to be seated in a bar. The food was good. The Brussels sprouts are delicious but way too many for just one person. They should offer a 1/2 order, as my husband doesn’t like Brussels sprouts.

What a great experience to work into on a cold & rainy night. The service couldn't have been more warm & inviting. An outstanding, compact menu with plenty of options for the wide range (carnivore to vegan) of eating options in our party. The crab mac & cheese was amazing, the brussel sprouts were delicious, everyone loved what they ordered. Can't wait to return!

The flavors of the dishes were lovely, best fried chicken we have ever had. The only improvement would be to use less salt in the dishes, we will request this next time we dine there. Overall the best dining experience we have had in Auburn. Even though it was Friday night the noise was at a reasonable level, no blaring music that you had to yell over, we could actually have a conversation without raising our voices much over a normal level. The service was very nice, our waiter was attentive and solicitous without being overbearing, just the right touch. We will return!

Tap and Vine has become our favorite local restaurant. I could eat those damn brussel sprouts everyday! Atmosphere is always perfect, just enough hustle bustle to engage you without overwhelming the senses. Love that place and now..... I just want my brussel sprouts and beer again!

The food at Tap & Vine was very good. Macaroni with cheese and crab was excellent and very rich. My wife and I could have split an order of this and been happy and satisfied. The tacos were excellent as well.

The prices were maybe just a little too steep for the experience.

We went for a family dinner and ate in the "Gathering Room". Loved the separateness and ambiance of the space. The restaurant location is difficult to find, but once there it's great. Our server Brett was really, really nice but could use more training for the price per plate. The food was great except for my small cesar salad with fried chicken. There was way too much dressing and the chicken chunks should have been sliced thinner and placed nicely on top in my opinion. Also I wished we had been informed that the gratuity was included in the bill, because I wasnt paying attention and added another 20%. When we realized this, we had to drive 20 minutes back. All in all a great new spot and with some fine tuning it will be a 5 star winner!

I really wanted to like this local restaurant a mile from my home. My wife and I ordered the beet salad. It was drenched in dressing. We ordered the chicken. I sent mine back to be cooked when the chicken was very red and bloody near the bone. The waiter attempted to excuse the undercooking by explaining that the chicken was cooked in the sous-vide method. OK, great - but the chicken still has to be cooked! I will say we were offered a complimentary dessert, which didn’t compensate for my wife and I not eating at the same time as they re-prepared my order. Also, for a restaurant named “Tap and Vine” I expected the wine list to be more substantial. My final recommendation is to request a booth or table at least 40 feet away from the door - otherwise you’ll get a nice blast of cold air every time the door opens. There’s sort of a grace period while new restaurants get established- but unfortunately the clock has almost struck 12 o’clock on this disappointing place.
