TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge offers a distinctive culinary experience in the most dramatic setting Mohegan Sun has to offer. Guests can choose from a selection of Asian-inspired specialties, focusing on Chinese, Japanese and Thai techniques and ingredients; including signature dishes like the Satay of Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster Wontons, Peking Duck, Crispy Snapper in “Sand,” and Tuna Sashimi Pringle. TAO Asian Bistro & Lounge’s beverage program pairs perfectly with approachable craft cocktails and extensive sake offerings. The new restaurant at Mohegan Sun is located off the Sky Tower Hotel Lobby and features several notable elements that Guests have come to expect from the iconic brand, including a 16-foot-tall Quan Yin statue anchoring the main dining room.

    Tao is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented. The ambience is special . The service is professional. We eat there every time we’re in Mohegan sun.

    This is our seventh time here and I love everything about Tao. Great staff, fabulous drinks and incredible food.

    Extremely noisy!!! Food is just so, so. Waitress was not overly welcoming. I would not go back.

    First time and it won’t be the last. Excellent service and the food was outstanding. Perfect portions for sharing so you can try several items.

    Staff was very friendly, but service was exceptionally slow, despite being seated before the dinner rush. Was there almost 2 hours and missed half the first quarter of the game. Food and drinks were pricey, but everything well prepared and tasty. If you want spicy, ask for very spicy as my dish was quite mild.

    We enjoyed the best Filet Mignon that we ever had ! It was so so tender and the flavor was exceptional ! We will definitely order it again on our next visit ! I also had the Miso soup with clams, and my husband enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup ! We really enjoyed our visit to Tao !!
