Everything was perfect
Great food and drinks
First time at Tao and it exceeded my expectations. Food was phenomenal and our server Tiffany was amazing. Go get the lobster wontons and seared salmon sashimi! Will definitely go back
Would recommend !
Easy parking and they've made great adjustments to the covid-19 situation
We enjoyed ourselves at tao they accommodated my candles request and put huge sparklers on our cupcakes and cake. I really appreciated that. The only issue I had was before the cake came out no one came to wipe down our table and remove the dishes. So they brought the cake out with no space on the table and I had to request they remove the cake and wipe the table. Which is common knowledge and restaurant etiquette. We enjoyed the food I got the spicy lobster fried rice. It was very delicious. Also there was a host who was a young African American female with curly hair, she was very pleasant and helpful.
Our server was great !!!!!!
Food was less than good maybe because it was a Sunday I’ve had better food that was fresh. Maybe a different chef on Sunday.
The waiter was very polite and suggested amazing food from the menu. Also, social distancing was taking in place since we arrive. I would definitely come back again!
Came here for our anniversary. Considering it’s still all outdoor seating due to COVID, it was still a great experience and still very enjoyable. Our server Thien, food and drinks were fantastic. Must try spot in LA
It was extremely cold and they did not have gas for the heat lamps so our experience was very uncomfortable.
Beautiful restaurant with great vibes and music. Outdoor seating is well laid out with nice heaters nearby to keep you warm on the cooler days/evenings. The food and service was excellent. I do wish to return hoping I will have chance to enjoy the artistic indoors once COVID restrictions let up. Regardless, I will be back very soon. Great place, great food and an even greater experience!
We had a great time, a little on the chilli side not their fault weather is changing. That all said food service and staff were wonderful. Maybe a few more heaters are needed.
Was a bit cold but they had heaters just need more out
Not recommended. See ratings. Wait until can dine inside.
The restaurant was amazing especially for birthdays celebrations
We had an AMAZING night!!! The food was delicious!! The staff was very friendly!! The overall experience was perfect!! I will definitely make this our go-to restaurant!!
The server never came by to check in
The inside is beautiful however CA currently doesn’t allow indoor seating so, tables and chairs were set up outside.
Orange chicken was great. Waitress was very helpful and informative.
Food was great! Service was not so great :( our waitress hardly came around
They were late on our reservation and we were celebrating a birthday but they gave us free drinks and dessert and the food was amazing so definitely worth the wait.
The food was great as always but unfortunately the dining was outside due to Covid and we couldn’t appreciate the inside of the restaurant.
The service was AMAZING and the food was better than I remembered! Thank you!
Our server was amazing and the host was so nice and amazing I booked the wrong day and she fixed it and helped us so much
The wait after our reservation was a bit lengthy however they were very accommodating, our group had a great time!
The best resturant experience we have had in 2020! The tables are well spaced apart and that gave it more of a private, romantic feeling. Food was, as always, incredible.
Great place! The food was great, I would love to come back to visit.
A night out on the town with great service great and delicious food
celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary with our 2 sons and daughter in law to be on a Saturday. Disappointed they still had only outside dining, but the food and service made up for it as well as the awesome beauty of the inside (when you go to use the restroom). It was kind of nice to get interior pics without a crowd inside. I expected overpriced small portions of greasy chinese food but to our surprised at how delectable and well presented everytbing was... light and fresh! And large portions!!! Prix fixe menu available, we did a combination of those and a few other regular dishes. Will go back again with girlfriends!
Love tao the food and the ambiance
Amazing location, food and hostesses. Unfortunately service was horrible waitress did not introduce her self and we probably seen her about 3-4 times in our 2 hour limit. Never really checked on our to see if we needed anything after we explained it was a first time there. The bus boy was very rude never asked to removed plates just stepped in and took them had a very unwelcoming attitude.
Main dish of salmon was good but nothing super special. Sometimes took a while for waitress to come, but that's okay. Nice ambience for sitting outside during COVID times, I probably would pick Perch or a nice rooftop bar for the money.
Food was outstanding. Ambience was well, it's a pandemic and you have to eat on the street like everywhere else. 4/5 would reccomend.
Great! When will you open up inside?
Good energy. Absolutely delicious meal. And we ordered a lot. From the sushi, to the rice and pad Thai, to the apps, they nailed it. And to top it off, their contactless billing process is one of the best I’ve seen at any restaurant.
I loved the noodle, black chili chicken, egg rolls, gyozas, and banana pudding!
I always enjoy my time at Tao! Yummy food and delicious drinks.
from someone who eats at high end restaurants on the regular...I would have rather gone to pf changs. food was beyond crap... didn't eat majority of the food we ordered. waste of my time my evening my meal and money.
Everything we had was great!
The lobster fried rice
The orange chicken
The Sweet and spicy shrimp
Slow service, crickets crawling everywhere on the ground, asked for a medium steak and received well done. Not a good experience.
