Tandoor Chop House is the meeting of a North Indian communal eatery and a classic British chop house. It brings together the characteristics of these two traditional restaurants. the tandoor ovens, Indian spices and marinades, select prime cuts of meat, and buzzing atmosphere. The result is a place diners can come to socialise over drinks and share plates of hearty, comforting food.

*Please note that our chicken is halal.
**Our Sunday Mighty Thali menu is only available on Sunday's from 12pm-4pm (last sitting at 3.30pm), regular menu Sunday 4pm-10pm.
***Seating times may vary, but will never be more than a 2 hour sitting unless previously arranged.

Lamb chops = 5⭐ Dal = 5⭐ Paneer = 5⭐ (I wouldn't order the naan, chaat, or onion pakora again) The 5⭐ dishes were so good that the dishes I didn't prefer were forgotten Soooooo..... Yes loved the food!!

A little off from our last visit. The starter, (small plate), a chicken dish was superb. The main course, lamb chops was nice. We weren’t fond of the potatoes however, which had some sort of mayonnaise on them, which was not particularly good. The Peshawari naan was not properly cooked but in fairness, this was dealt with immediately and deducted from the bill. The menu is a little limiting so not really conducive to repeat visits.

Great service, food and value for money. Friendly staff, varied menu and options to mix and match from small plates, mains and bowl meals. Highly recommended.

Beetroot kebab way too spicy, killed the flavour, also very stodgy, honey chicken was ok, a little on the dry side, fish was good, star of the show was the dhal, Smokey and quite spicy, butter chicken sauce on the stuffed nan was a bit bland

This restaurant is very unassuming from the outside but was recommended to us. Wow 🤩 I’m so glad we listened and went for lunch. Absolutely delicious 😋 food and great service. Very laid back and unhurried a definite hidden gem.
