   The mother's day brunch food was delicious and we enjoyed the different dishes and options. It was a bit chaotic in the dining room, the wait for a clean plate was long and a bit confusing, and the wait for the check was not so enjoyable. Otherwise, this was a wonderful experience and one that I would definitely repeat and recommend.

   The Mothers Day brunch was disappointing. The whole place was extremely busy and we had to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time, no big deal, we didn’t mind waiting for a table to clear up. The food was very good and the buffet line moved quickly, which was appreciated. Our waitress was attentive but the larger tables took up a majority of her time so I did have to ask for refills on our drinks. We also got served our check rather quickly and once we paid, it was assumed we would be leaving our table even though we had not finished our plate or visited the desert table. I didn’t appreciate feeling rushed after having only been seated 15 minutes. The whole experience was fine overall but certainly not worth $85 a plate. I don’t think I would go back.

   The food was as always excellent! However the staff really needs better training. When we first arrived we were very hungry so asked for some bread. The fellow delivering the water, said he wasn't sure about that, and we would have to wait to ask our waiter. I was surprised he didn't offer to get the answer from the waiter or other staff himself, but nothing was done to answer the questions. This continued on and off throughout the night, although our primary waiter was excellent.

   Food was excellent although a bit on the salty side. Choices were limited due to graduation weekend and that may have pushed prices up. Server was attentive even if the restaurant was packed. We were here before for brunch and it was also very good. Highly recommend.

   We booked for UNC graduation. It was a very disappointing meal. I like Tandem normally and this is typically a go to for us, but for graduation weekend they apparently have a different menu and increased prices. The food was very disappointing tasting, and the price was shocking. They also did not make it known when I reserved that the menu would be different. Use caution if booking an “experience” here for a special occasion. I actually felt ashamed that I brought my family there. The service and the ambiance is always good there, so at least that helped a little.

   Lovely patio. Great food love their avocado toast. Great watermelon tomato gazpacho. Reliably good food. Very good service.

   Tandem continues to be one of my all time favorites restaurants. Food always so innovative and spectacular. Service tonight was even better than I expected. Our waiter incredibly knowledgeable and provided spot on recommendations.

    We had one of the most delicious dinners we have had in a while! I had the salmon in the curry sauce with cauliflower and my partner had the chicken with the corn cake. Both entrees were a delicious melange of flavors. Perfection! For starters he had the oysters (6 and he wished he had ordered 12!) and I had the warm feta. Both were awesome. We were visiting Carrboro and just happened upon Tandem when we were at the market in the morning. What a lucky find. Our server, Bryce, was excellent. Professional and knowledgeable, but also super nice. We’ll definitely eat at Tandem again the next time we are in Carrboro.
