Whether you’re an expert or a first-timer, we design omakase meals anyone can fall in love with. Every day we set out to source and serve the best there is and let you take it home with you. So you can share some of the premier sushi on the planet with whomever you want. It all starts with the fish. Selecting top-quality fish and delivering it as quickly as possible is our operational obsession. All seafood on our menu is sliced fresh and chosen for a particular reason: so that it might create the best and most balanced meal for you, our guest.

Tancho welcomes both walk-ins and reservations. You're always welcome to drop by whenever a sushi craving hits—no reservation needed. We intentionally set aside a portion of our restaurant exclusively for walk-in guests.
