Nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley, this upscale restaurant offers a refined take on Vietnamese cuisine, served in a peaceful white-table setting. Helmed by Chef Tammy Huynh, Tamarine's menu features an exquisite selection of entrees, soups, salads and signature dishes cooked with the freshest Asian ingredients.

Get your taste buds racing with some shrimp spring rolls before diving into a delicious entrée of crisp-fried whole Mediterranean striped bass served with a sambal shellfish sauce. A Sunday night visit but Tamarine was bustling as it always it. Service was prompt and unobtrusive. We started with the calamari and roti and finished with the black cod and the sea bass. The food was good, perhaps we were expecting more but had some modifications.

We were 4 guests and shared all dishes; everything was tasty. Nice wine options by the glass. Service was ok. I'll definitely be back.

A neighborhood favorite. Seating intimate and it works. Lots of new staff, very attentive and provided good timing between dishes.

Amazing service and food. Shaking beef was tender, coconut rice was delicious, calamari was so good. We will be back.

We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We would recommend the appetizer sampler. All were delicious. I wouldn’t recommend taking the 9pm reservation as we were rushed, or perhaps the last reservation should be at 8:30. We barely sat down as they told us the kitchen was closing so no time to select everything we wanted or to enjoy our meal. Much like a fast food establishment, we were walking out 45 minutes later at 9:45. Didn’t feel much like an evening out. What we had was good. We’ll need to try them again at an earlier time.

Had another wonderful dinner at Tamarine. I can strongly recommend lamb skewers, clay pot cod and the prawns. I don't normally have desert, but the chocolate lava cake was delicious.

Delicious meal, staff was attentive & friendly. I loved the communal table for solo diners to meet others. I sat at the bar and saw the great work of the bartenders.
