Helmed by Chef Tammy Huynh, Tamarine's menu features an exquisite selection of entrees, soups, salads and signature dishes cooked with the freshest Asian ingredients.

Get your taste buds racing with some shrimp spring rolls before diving into a delicious entrée of crisp-fried whole Mediterranean striped bass served with a sambal shellfish sauce. Had another wonderful meal at Tamarine last night, I tend to go there every other month. The food is very tasty and the waitress was very friendly. I think they should have slowed down the pace of serving the dishes.

Such refined environment with special attention to quality ingredients for delicious dishes. Every appetizer and all the main dishes were succulent. Service was outstanding. Definitely coming back.

Cocktails always shine here, and our 2 did once again. As always, the food was delicious, with a great new (to us) starter of corn fritters. summer menu had peach/burrata salad which was wonderful, and we had the sea bass.
