   Nous avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage chez Clément Vergeat au restaurant Tamara. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment, le menu dégustation est splendide plein de surprises en bouche. Les accords softs et vins sont excellents également. Grosse mention au céleri déshydraté recomposé à la crême de langouste, beaucoup de créativité et de travail dans l'assiette, Je recommande !

   A l'intérieur, discrètement, une vingtaine de couverts dans une ambiance épurée, détendue, mystérieuse... Pendant que dehors, non loin sur le Rivoli, une odeur piquante de chaos urbain lié à des mouvements sociaux... Et là, c'est la magie qui prend le relais dès notre entrée. 6 personnes pour nous accompagner délicatement vers des terrains gustatifs solides et liquides tout à fait incroyables : tout y est ! de la couleur au monochrome, du sucre à l'acidulé subtil, du salé à l'aigre-doux. Bref, tout ce que la nature nous offre. Où sommes-nous en fait ? Dans un véritable OVNI parisien, Temple de la gentillesse où nos hôtes ont réussi à condenser tout leur savoir faire en 2h30 d'émerveillement. Je n'en dirais pas plus, laissez-vous guider en toute confiance, prenez votre temps, découvrez... Nous étions trois profanes, ce fameux soir magique.

   We tried the degustation menu with wine pairing and it was magnificent. The staff was very professional and friendly, the environment was calm and relaxing. One of the best evenings in Paris if you enjoy the harmony of flavors.

    One of the best meals I’ve ever had. I recommend the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings. Amazing!! I was dining alone and the staff was very attentive and nice to talk to.

    My wife and I had a great meal at Tamara. The gastro cooking was amazing and quite an experience. I am lactose intolerant and they accommodated my needs easily (even though we opted for the tasting menu). It's hard to describe gastro cooking, but needless to say it was a 2.5 hr meal with many small courses and a delight for your taste buds.

    Sehr zufrieden mit der Atmosphäre, dem Service und der Erfahrung. Das Personal ist super freundlich und professionell. Das Essen und der Geschmack waren nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch voller Geschmack und Überraschungen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal vor dem Besuch war absolut einfach und erfolgreich. Also nur zu empfehlen :)

    Our first night in Paris and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Tamara. The staff were very welcoming, the food was excellent and interestingly difference, with we were given space and time to enjoy it - a lovely experience.

    What an experience! Tamara is A hidden secret with a wonderfull ambiance and outstanding menu. We were blown away by all the dishes, great ingridients, unique tasting impressions. And also the presentation om the plates was great. We selected downstairs in the cellar 2 great bottles of wine, served in beautiful light-weight glasses. What an evening. We will definitely come back and please don’t tell to much people of Tamara, they have only 24 seats…..

    This was hands down my best meal in Paris. I am hesitant to post pictures because they will not do the food and experience any justice. From the first bite, a lighter than air crisp with its own aoli to the stunning desserts, this meal was a masterpiece. Each bite is not only satisfying, it is also brilliant. You get surprising textures, plays on familiar tastes and hints of wow on almost every plate through the courses. Add to that, an attentive wait and kitchen staff working to ensure that you have a culinary journey that you won't soon forget. This was remarkable.

    The chef’s tasting menu was fantastic and manageable. We were delighted and satisfied at the end of our meal without feeling overly full. The alcohol pairing was also thoughtful, interesting, different and always elevated the dish.

    Une expérience unique pour les papilles. J'imagine qu'il y a énormément de travail derrière chacun de ces "plats", mais, comme pour un spectacle réussi, c'est totalement transparent et il ne reste qu'une expérience fabuleuse pour celui qui déguste. Une belle réussite également concernant la vaisselle qui a été parfaitement choisie pour l'expérience. Surtout, ne passez pas à côté de l'accord mets et vins (ou soft), c'est essentiel à la dégustation et tout est au diapason. Merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil simple et bienveillant. À recommander sans hésiter.

    It is of of these sad cases where everything is there for a wonderful experience except for the talent of the team. Some of the positions (most amuse vouches) were just atrocious, inedible. The rest just passable. The crew tries hard, but they just don’t seem to have what it takes to make a special restaurant. So sorry.
